My daughter and her friends were happy with the service; the driver was professional and made them feel very comfortable. Will use them again in a heart beat

I've used Limo Express for the past year - for roughly 5-6 trips, for myself personally and for overseas guests, and they've been great. Super reliable - including a 5:30AM pickup. Drivers have all been different but each one has been very courteous. I've used their cars and vans, and all have been well maintained and clean. In short, I totally depend on them for all my trips.

Danielle, who took my reservation, was very professional and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. The driver was on time. In fact, he was 15 minutes early. The driver was courteous and had no trouble getting me to my destination. I found the cost to be very reasonable and would recommend Limo Express to family and friends. I will definitely use Limo Express for my future trips.

07/20/15 - I continue to use Limo Express, in fact just came back to EWR via a private Charter flight. Many of the other passengers had to wait for cars, or direct drivers to the Signature air terminal. not Limo. My driver was waiting for me. GREAT Service. Limo Express has been very professional for all of my trips. The Drivers have been great. The drivers always arrive at my residence early to ensure proper timing.

When at the airport the service and/or drivers call to check in and verify my pick-up location (by the curb). I travel a considerable amount and have found Limo Express to be great!

Excellent service! As a new customer (but very frequent traveler), I find myself at a new firm without a dedicated car service. I've tried others (locally) on a whim and basically got a taxi service--but when referred to Limo Express, I had an excellent experience the whole way through: from the reservation to the frequent updates and call back from the dispatch, the drivers.

My driver even texted me while I was in customs to let me know I had arrived, knowing that cell usage is not allowed during that stage at the airport! Highly recommended for peace of mind and seamless service.

Limo Express is great. Used them again and and the same great experience. Easy to make reservations, got confirmations and receipts. The drivers were on time, courteous, helpful - couldn't have been better. Limo was clean and comfortable. Like the pricing which includes everything - tolls, tip etc. no surprises! Got us to our destination on time. Will be using them for all my travel needs. Best limo service I've ever used.

I absolutely amazed by this limo company. From start to finish it was just amazing. I was planning a special surprise bday dinner and thought it would be great to have limo service for our special night. Everyone that works there was always friendly and very helpful over the phone for the booking. They explained to me in detail about the price and the time the limo driver would be there.

Although the driver was a few minutes late it didn't matter he made up for it in service. He was dressed to perfection and was very friendly. He got us to our destinations safely. There was ice for our Champagne and the temperature in the limo was perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better night.

I have used Limo Express for many years for both airport transportation and nights out in NYC. They have always offered friendly, reliable, and professional service. Office staff is wonderful, chauffeurs are both knowledgeable and courteous, vehicles are well maintained, and there customer service and support is excellent. No complaints here.

Had an amazing experience with Limo Express this weekend. Driver arrived early for pick-up in a spotless sedan. We reserved the car for the day and the driver amicably took us all over Manhattan. He was obviously knowledgeable and experienced because we arrived quickly to all of the busiest tourists spots throughout the city. Besides the convenience and luxury of being in a vehicle throughout the day and being able to see so much of the city in a relatively short period of time which wouldn't have been possible any other way, the friendliness of the driver made the experience that much better. I don't use Limo Express often, but since 2007 I've used them six times. I like that I can book online and that the billing is transparent. I find the office staff and drivers to be exceptional. All six times I used them was to transport loved ones to and from the airport, and the drivers always were so helpful with all the heavy luggage. I would recommend them to anyone.

I used Limo Express for a local trip in and out of New York City. The drivers were polite and courteous and the cars were spotless inside and out. My drivers arrived early and waited until I was ready to depart. The whole process from reservation on was seamless. I wouldn't hesitate to use Limo Express for future trips. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable and professional car service.
