I rented a limo bus (28 passenger vehicle) for my wedding guests on 11/3. The price was $1386 for 4 hours. I received a call the night before from Tori letting me know my driver was Gerald and he was one of there top rated drivers. Well Gerald was suppose to drop off the groom and 15 other guests at Race street pier. HE DROVE OVER THE BEN FRANKLIN BRIDGE! Delayed my ceremony by 30 mins and I lost 30 mins with my photographer. ONTOP OF THAT, the bus was so disgusting run down, a piece of the ceiling fell on my maid of honor and guests, the tv screen was smashed and the bus wasn't very clean at all.

I was reassured by the driver he would report what happened. On 11/4 before my flight took off, I emailed Tori to let her know what happened. I got NO RESPONSE. I emailed her back a couple days later from my honeymoon asking her to at least respond that she received my email. NO RESPONSE. Today, 11/13 1st day back from my honeymoon I call Tori and she said she has contacted Perry (the owner).

I then get a call from the driver! Why is the driver calling me? I hope no one has to go through what I did with this company. I do not recommend! Very ignorant, inconsiderate, and UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least. I was so embarrassed! Could you imagine this happening on your wedding day? Tori couldn't even give me the courtesy to say she was sorry.

The bus was absolutely amazing and Geno our driver was great, even with some inclement weather overnight. Everyone had a phenomenal time! Myself and my 27 friends will definitely look to these guys for any transportation needs in the future. Thanks again!

We have used luxury limousine for my wedding. They did an awesome job! The drivers were extremely nice and respectful. They were well prepared they new exactly where to go from the information we told the office (we did not even have to tell them)! We have used this limo company in the past for parties and to take us to events and they always do such a great job. I always recommend using them to friends and family.

I wish I could score this company with a zero! They may be less expensive than other limo companies, but with Luxury Limousines you get less than you pay for! The limo broke down on the way to pick our party up, so they sent another one which had dirty glasses and no ice. They fulfilled partial service and refuse to refund the difference. I knew in advance that I was not going to need the entire time with the limo and their service representative advised me prior to our event (and then again afterwards) that it is company policy to refund in these such cases. Different answers from different representatives when you call the office. Save your money, your time, and your patience - do NOT hire Luxury Limousines.

This place is absolutely terrible! Their vehicles are disgusting, their staff is rude and incompetent, and they are completely dishonest. If you want to rent a limo you can do way, way better than Luxury Limo. Look at their BBB history: several complaints against them and an "F" rating. Do yourself a huge favor and take your business elsewhere because you will regret hiring these guys. Avoid at all costs!

The vehicle was nice and it was clean. Unfortunately, the driver was more interested in his time than the bride's. When arranging the service we discussed the plans at length with the salesperson, Melissa, who could not have been more helpful. We estimated the time required to take the special photos at various locations. We also discussed the need for the photographers to be in the limo for this part of the ride and to be returned to their cars at the church.

The planning was excellent. The driver informed the bride and groom that there was not enough time to do all of the stops and still return the photographers to their cars and threatened a substantial increase in the cost for overtime which they did not feel they could approve. They were transported directly to the reception venue, skipping all but one photo opportunity.

They were so early that all of the photos at the reception were done 45 minutes before cocktail hour was to begin- which would have been plenty of time for at least 3 of the 4 extra stops that had been skipped. The driver essentially finished his day 45 minutes early at our expense. Melissa was very apologetic and agreed that what happened should not have and acknowledged that the planning should have resulted in better performance.

I asked for a partial refund of our $800 fee for the four hours- asked only for $100 (30 minutes worth). She stated that the owner is reluctant to refund money but assured me he would call to discuss the situation. One week later, no call so I called again. I was told that the driver, not the owner, was to call, which he hadn't. I asked again that the owner call.

In spite of assurances, still no call. Poor customer service on an occasion like a wedding is a very bitter pill and one that will never go away. We are very disappointed at the loss of these photo shots and the blame goes to one individual and his owner will not even respond with a call.

Its like deja vu reading the previous reviews online. I only wish we paid attention to these prior to booking. We thought we would take our chances since they quoted a cheaper price than other providers, but after our experiance, we would have paid them to not have come at all!! We booked them for our wedding to pick up out of town guests at our hotel.

The hotel was 15 mins from our wedding location and guests were to arrive at 5pm. Limo was supposed to be at hotel at 4:30pm loading guests. My wife, knowing that traffic would be bad on a Friday evening, mentioned this to Luxury Limo and they told us they would be early to the hotel. Well...this never happened. In fact, they didn't even show. Luckily the hotel called cabs for the guests.

The Limo finally showed at the reception at 6:30pm and was supposed to be used to shuttle guests back and forth to the hotel. This was also a disaster. Again the hotel is 15mins away. It took some of our guests over a hour and a half to get to the hotel. Supposedly the driver's GPS was not working correctly. Unbelievable!!! We had him booked through 11:30pm and at 10:30 pm he said he was holding guests and this was his last trip.

Mind you, we paid for 6 hours and he was 2 hours late!!! Myself and my new bride had to go out and basically yell at him until he agreed to take the load of guests and come back for the rest. Very rude and professional driver. I called 3 times since to speak with the owner and he won't call back, so we have disputed charges with our credit card company and also filed a complaint with Deleware County Consumer Affairs. I hope this business gets what it deserves!!!
