I've used Luxury Limo of Waco a number of times for work and they're very easy to work with and always get us to where we're going on time.

To be truthful I actually did not book their services due to the disappointment in the initial phone call with Mark who I believe to be the owner. I called to request a quote (important detail I made clear at the beginning of the conversation) for 6 people for an executive sports utility/sedan. They would be flying in on private aviation and attending an upcoming Baylor game and need to have transportation to the game and back to the airport after.

As he is shuffling through paperwork he explained how much they have going on I let him know I would be more than happy to receive the quote via email if that would be easier on him. He seemed frustrated that all I wanted was a quote- which I explained at the beginning of the conversation. I then went into further detail about the 6 attendees being a bachelor party- he immediately interrupted me explaining that there is no drinking and that he will not have a bachelor party messing up his *insert cost of vehicles here* and that his company drives the most elite (he gave examples such as CEOs, football team owners etc.) around and partner with Baylor.

I explained to him that half of this bachelor party are global CEOs. I wouldn't be calling an executive service (that has prom, wedding and college student shuttling service all over their website anyways?) if I didn't NEED that type of service. He continued to interrupt me and mansplain their drop-off game procedures and services. He also added in that "he doesn't want to shoot himself in the foot but will be plenty busy anyways, but most groups rent a car through the airport." I finally asked him if they would be available on the date I need them.

He let me know if I wouldn't have interrupted him while he was looking that he wouldn't have stopped but I told him "I just needed a quote." After he said yes, this was the end of the conversation. I am extremely disappointed in how he didn't even TRY to win business over but automatically assumes this business wouldn't fit the bill. However, I am sure he will be plenty busy anyways that our business did not matter.

Terrible all around. I call car services beforehand to get an idea of their level of service before I book them for my executive. If the initial conversation is this rough, how is their level of client service? I wouldn't trust them with weddings, proms, CEOs OR my college kid.

Best experience ever! We felt like celebrities. Our driver Steve was the best and took us wherever we wanted. He was on time and prompt to pick us up everywhere. We had the best experience!

I got a frantic call from my mom saying her car had died--I live in California--so I got on the Internet, found Luxury Limo and half an hour later my mom is riding back home in a clean, comfy, air-conditioned town car. They took my youth group to a concert at the American airline center in Dallas the navigator and driver were great.
