The worst limo service I've ever experienced. I really can't even say experienced since they never responded. Reached out to them three weeks before my sisters bachelorette party, confirmed, gave my credit card, called after multiple times and never received a confirmation email. Some guy answered once and said I was all set. Called and emailed multiple times after stating I did not receive any confirmation email, and was ghosted.

Finally on the day of, I was able to get another limousine service that worked out great! To tell a customer That they are all set with no confirmation is unacceptable. I see why they changed their website name under another name and have multiple phone numbers, because they are unreliable. Save your money and time and go to another service that is professional.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! After booking them for a party bus, paying the deposit, and confirming the week of the party, they did not show up and left 15 of us stranded. They did not answer any phones calls, their voicemail boxes are full, they did not respond to any emails, and I discovered charged me the FULL AMOUNT. I still have not heard back from this horrible company. Ruined my sister's bachelorette party and left us with no transportation. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

We had a nice ride from New York to Greenwich. The driver arrived promptly for our pickup in a very clean and comfortable car. He was very pleasant and knew the shortcuts and reached to the Airport without any problem.

I leased the stretch limo for a full Saturday to host a birthday party, and Michael's Limousine Service exceeded our expectations. The driver was timely in picking up our party and remained courteous and polite throughout the night. I am pleased with the service given! I will hire Michaels Limousine Service again in a heartbeat for every reason.

We booked your limousine for birthday celebration. It came beautifully adorned with flowers and balloons complementing the theme of our party. He had unlimited fun and drank endlessly without any worries. Thanks Michael's Limos for such a safe and reliable services.

This company should not even be in business. First of all, the busses are not safe to be running. My sisters wedding was Saturday 6/29/19. The party bus showed up to the church to being the entire bridal party to the reception. The "party bus" was meant to seat 8-10, and we had to squeeze 16 people. The party bus didn't have AC. It was 97 degrees. 20 minutes into the trip, we had to pull over and arrange family members to pick us up on the side of the highway.

The bride was in tears. We were all a sweaty mess for our professional photos. We all missed out on the fun of the party bus, we had to accommodate 16 extra people in cars and Uber's. After the wedding, we had 2 - 50 passenger busses suppose to show up to shuttle people back to the hotel. We got vans, not holding nearly as many passengers as we needed. AND, ONE OF THE VANS ALSO HAD NO AC.

We had elderly family members sitting on this "van" for a half hour back to the hotel. This company had the audacity to try to charge us for a party bus THAT DIDN'T EVEN DRIVE US TO THE WEDDING. We have been going back and forth with these people for days arguing about our initial contract that wasn't met at all. The entire set up of this company is sketchy.

I would never feel comfortable even getting on another van/bus from this company. They took away hours from my sisters wedding that we will never be able to get back and all the money in the world can't change that.

We had a memorable ride on our special day, this car made our special anniversary super special. Everything was just perfect, from the condition of the car to the chauffeur to the features inside the car.

Used the services of Michaels Limousines to attend a wedding in New York about two months back. Was highly impressed by the limos and their condition. Also the facilities and refreshments that they offered in the limo were great. Keep up the good work! Highly recommend to all.

Such a great experience renting the limo from Michaels Limousine Service! My friends birthday party couldn't have gone better and we owe most of that to the great service by Michaels Limousine Service! The customer service is great! Our driver was amazing!

Wonderful we Booked a 10 passenger limo for my girlfriend 24th birthday and had an amazing time. The driver was professional and very accommodating. His drivers arrived 20 minutes early as promised and were very professional. The Limousine were clean and well kept. i definitely recommend Michael's Limousine!
