This company has been operational since 1997. The owner, Tom Cilluffo, has been in this industry since 1976. His wine experience is considerable. Tom's family has been in the wine industry for over 55 years. You can rely on our knowledge and experience to guide you on your tour, for your corporate events, or for any and all your needs.
Let us deliver you to that important meeting with the clients from out of town discreetly and expeditiously. We can pick your clients or associates up, take them to your meeting location, answer phones and take messages to minimize your distractions. We'll then return them to their hotel, airport, or homes, as appropriate. We can do so much more for you and your associates - restaurant referrals, tours, reservations - full concierge services.
You won't hear us saying "so what wineries do you want to visit?" (Unless of course you have one in mind). We'll ask you, "What kind of wine do you like?" or "What kind of foods do you like?". If you're new to wine tasting, please don't feel intimidated. We can help. We'll match your tour to your palette, even if you don't know what it is!

I had called a few services to book transportation to SFO. All were about the same price, however Thomas at Napa Valley Limousine Services was very kind and accommodating of my 3 a.m. pick up time. He arrived on time and with a hot cup of coffee. We had a great conversation on the way to the airport and then he took my bags inside the door of the terminal.
I kept his card, in the event I needed to be picked up upon my return to SFO two months later. I decided to use the car service again, this time greeted on Valentine's Day with a warm Chai tea with vanilla and honey and chocolate. It was the perfect choice after a long coast to coast flight. Thomas was very thoughtful with attention to my needs. I will continue to use his services and look forward to planning a Napa Valley wine tour in the near future.

I recently booked Napa Vally Limousine Services for a client after calling other services were disastrous I found the owner Tom very easy to work with and as a concierge for a major hotel chain it's my reputation if things don't go well. Napa Valley Limousine Services will be my first call in the future I believe my clients deserve the best

Do not use this company! This man named Tom (apparently the owner) is not deserving of your money. Appalled by the owner's attitude. Poor customer service and poor communication on his end. Rude. These types of people should not be in a customer facing role. Received a fair quote from him and was going to use his service. I told him I would call him back once my itinerary was fully finalized for the day in Napa.
I was able to finalize my itinerary so I called him back. I happened to receive another quote from a different limo service that was $15 cheaper an hour so asked Tom a simple question if he would be able to match the quote I received or not. No worries if he wasn't able to match the other quote I received but it didn't hurt to ask. in my opinion.
But that's where things got ugly. Tom then proceeded to LAUGH at me once I told him where I got this quote from, told me he won't match a shady company, told me to have a nice day, then hung up on me. I couldn't even get a word in! Excuse you? I called him back because I was confused as to why he hung up on me. I was fully intending to use his service when I called him initially regardless if he could match the cost or not.
He could've just told me he wouldn't match the quote I received and then there would be no issue. However, once I called him back he started shit talking this other company and saying they're doing illegal practices (how on earth would I even know such a thing?). He went on about how all these places are not a legitimate business and then proceeded to tell me to go use them. He's clearly a resentful person and angry man with these other businesses in the area. Jealousy is an ugly trait.
He acted pissed off simply because I received a quote from this company or something. Talking shit about other businesses is not a good look. I also asked 6 times if I could speak but Tom kept blabbing shit about these other companies. He didn't let me speak even after I asked if I could speak. RUDE. Tom, I originally wanted to use your service, but thought I could ask if you'd be willing to match.
It was a harmless question and you could've just told me no you aren't willing to match. You could've handled this in a more appropriate manner. That man is FULL of hate. I don't really care about the competition you guys all have up there. I'm allowed to get quotes from as many places as I want. Just because you're an angry and resentful person towards other businesses, you shouldn't be taking it out on your customers and potential customers.
I am just your average person with no knowledge in this transportation business in the Napa area. Keep your angers and frustrations to yourself. I just wanted transportation for the day. Was looking forward to using your services. DO NOT GIVE THIS SAD, ANGRY MAN YOUR BUSINESS.

I recently used Napa Valley Limosine Service ("NVLS") and cannot say enough great things about this company. My trip to Napa was to celebrate my parents' 50th Anniversary and I hired NVLS to drive my party of six around the valley for the four full days we were there. To begin with NVLS is so much more than just a limo service. While I had a pretty good idea of the vineyards that I wanted to go to, Tina was extremely helpful in the planning of our trip and in addition to having some very good recommendations, she was able to secure visits for us at some hard to get into high-end vineyards.
Our driver Steve was awesome too! We had Steve the whole time we were there, and he was a trooper driving us all day and night and then showing-up early the next morning to start all over again. Steve was a great driver and conversationalist and we will definitely request him the next time we are in Napa. If you are in need of limo services in Napa I can promise you that you will be happy with NVLS!

My four girlfriends and I spent some time in Napa over the past weekend, and decided to book with Napa Valley Limo Services for our day of wine tastings. I'm SO happy with this decision and could not recommend them highly enough. The main contributing factor for our decision was their price--they are extremely reasonable considering some of the competition in Napa.
There were 5 of us and we went with the 8 person limo, which was perfect. Faustina worked with us to develop an itinerary, offering plenty of suggestions, and was extremely responsive with all of our needs. Mark, our driver, was amazing. He arrived promptly and was extremely polite, courteous, professional, and FUN the entire afternoon. He was a fantastic driver, was patient with us, and always at the ready when we were looking to move on.
He even took us to Trader Joe's after our wine tastings so we could stock up on goodies for the rest of our stay. Between Mark, Faustina, and our over-all experience, I would recommend Napa Valley Limo Services to anyone in need of transportation for their time in Napa. I'm so happy that we ultimately passed on the Groupons we found and other options we had. I truly believe it's because of this company that our trip went flawlessly!

My wife and I flew out to California for a two week honeymoon, and Napa Valley was one of our destinations. As a wedding gift we had the privilege to be chauffeured around town by Napa Valley Limousine Services, inc., and JJ was our driver. This company is top notch, and the employees truly reflect their dedication to the client by providing such an outstanding service.
We even extended our original plan by about two hours, and they didn't give us any problems. I would highly recommend this company to anybody looking to visit the different wineries, and wants to be treated like royalty. Great company and a great experience. Thanks again.

It was a beautiful November day - the kind of autumn day you dream about. It was 80 degrees, not a cloud in the sky, and there was gorgeous fall foliage on the trees. The doorbell rang promptly at noon, we swung open the door and our chariot awaited us. THE PERFECT GIFT: For my fiance's birthday, I set us up for a weekend in Napa with a day of wine tasting.
Because I'm all about safety, I wanted us to have as much fun as possible, but with a DD. So, what better way to taste the day away than in a luxurious town car with a driver? Needing a recommendation, I checked with Mom first and she recommended Napa Valley Limo Services (why is Mom always right?). But, I double-checked with Yelp (of course) and got the okay (don't tell Mom!). THE PERFECT SET-UP: I called weeks ahead to arrange the service and the lady on the phone was incredibly helpful (I'm sorry I didn't get her name).
I explained my wishes and like a magic fairy, she granted them! I wasn't sure of the exact wineries to taste at since there are too numerous to count in Napa, and she said she would get everything arranged. This made my life easy because she not only made an itinerary for our day, but she made appointments with all the wineries too (some are appointment only, so beware). THE PERFECT DAY: Picnic basket in hand (courtesy of Mom), we entered the spacious town car and sat back and relaxed.
Our first stop was Soda Canyon Store and we stocked up on lunch supplies, including cheese and crackers. Then, our fantastic driver, Eric, took us to a picnic spot and our first winery, Goosecross. We sat, snacked, and sipped in the sunshine, overlooking the mountains and gorgeous vineyard. It was picturesque! Our day continued with visits to several other wineries including Elizabeth Spencer (perfect, a must try), William Hill (a tasting Mom had arranged - she's everywhere!), and Luna (not a favorite).
We ended our day with a delicious meal at Tra Vigne (I'm still dreaming about the pizza) and the driver took us back to our place to end the night. After the long and fun-filled day, we closed the door and watched the town car pull away. It was bittersweet since our day was over and we never wanted it to end, but oh the fun we had! THE PERFECT DRIVER: Eric was courteous and accommodating.
He was flexible in adding in the tasting at William Hill last minute. Water and soda were provided and he always made sure to have cold water waiting for us. He was great about making sure we stuck to the schedule and he was always waiting for us and ready to open the car door. He was a true gentleman. When it comes to wine tasting, this service is the best thing since sliced bread, and a must for a special occasion!

Napa Valley Limo is first class. We just returned from Napa where we celebrated the New Year and I proposed to my girlfriend. NV Limo setup all of our tastings, planned the day and even got us some free tastings and upgraded tastings. I will use NV Limo every time I visit Napa from now on. I never review on Yelp, but had to due to the level of service I received from NV Limo. Thank you NV limo for making our engagement memorable.

We booked Napa Valley Limo for two days, knowing where we wanted to go. We had different drivers both days as our Friday driver unfortunately had an event he had to attend on Saturday. What a delight in that we had Tina on Saturday! After the last three wineries on our list were closed for special events, we relied on her good judgment and weren't steered wrong. We had a blast and even signed up for the wine club at one of her recommendations. Fabulous weekend. Thank you, Tina so much!

We had the best time! Dave, our driver was very familiar with Napa which helped us kill a little time before our lunch and tasting reservations. It was a low key day that we already planned out but Dave gave a great recommendation on a place to pick up additional champagne. I must admit this was not my first choice, but I'm glad it worked out the way it did.

Napa Valley Limo Service is the best limo service I have ever used. My family and I had a fantastic time. Dave, our driver, was extremely courteous, professional and very fun to chat with while we were driving through beautiful Napa. The celebration was in honor of my parent's 30th wedding anniversary and Napa Valley Limo Service made the entire celebration and trip that much better.
They are very organized (Faustina sets up all appts for you and confirms days before), thorough, have excellent follow through and have wonderful recommendations for your wine tour. I will use their services again and recommend their company to anyone who is looking for a limo service in Napa or Sonoma.
