We do not believe in charging hidden costs to our customers as so many other companies do. Prices quoted are for Town Cars, or Executive Sedans unless otherwise specified. Waiting Time is calculated at a rate of $55.00 per hour (local rate) and $55 per hour (out of town rate), pro-rated in five-minute intervals.

A big airport with lots of places to walk, spend your time, shop, eat, clubs, etc. Terminal C is exclusively United Airlines. There are 3 clubs, but the biggest is upstairs by C123. If you are a member, it is worth stopping by to grab some food and drinks before or after your flight.

One of the accommodating airports I've ever visited! There are food and convenience shopping at every turn. The restaurants are inviting and the options are impressive.

NJ airport while conveniently located and connected, the check in process is like a lottery. Each set of 10 gates within the terminal has its own security check lanes and it can get pretty long so if one is in a hurry, it can be very tight getting to the gate. The restaurants/shops inside the terminal tend to carry much less options than most other airport. On the positive side beautiful views of the city and the areas pre-security are well equipped.

Newark International is an outdated, fairly drab airport that gives a traveler surprisingly few things to complain about. It's always always busy but I never seem to struggle arriving or departing. Staff are busy but helpful. Upon entering it feels a little like a giant flea market but somehow it all works and limps along with zero splendour. Give yourself extra time to check in and get through security as the capacity is at it's limit (it seems the whole Departures Terminal funnels into a single file screening checkpoint. That said. the staff are hard working and helpful. This is Americas oldest airstrip. I hope I look this good at 105 ish. (Insert gif of ashes)

Worst airport I have ever been in the United States. Came in on international flight with local connection flight, was forced out of customs to public terminal with no way to stay on secure side to local flight. Had to take train to terminal c which was extremely hard to find. Then we had to go through the longest TSA screening que 1 hour plus, half the TSA screening lanes were closed and unstaffed, other TSA screeners just standing around doing nothing.

They were not even using the manatomitors just the full body scanners only. Hardly any decent places to get food and no fast food places. Gate chairs in horrible condition, cracked dirty. Special positive note, Customs and Immigration were fast and efficient unlike the rest of the Airport! Bathrooms filthy, water bottle refillers broken, not serviced. Lots of employees taking breaks at charging stations leaving customers no place to sit and charge.

Definitely was a nightmare, after delays ultimately my flight got cancelled. As a matter of fact multiple flights were canceled. United airlines NEED a better system in handling situations. The United app nor the 1 800# was not helpful. I was so frustrated and needed to speak to a "real" person but no luck. Long lines to the computer kiosks, to customer service with only 2 people and to baggage claim. I decided to go home without my luggage. As I got home, then I received a late text regarding another booking with only half of information. I can keep going on and on.

Is newark airport ever not busy? Expect high traffic day or not, that's just how it is. At least they upgraded the restaurant areas and there easy to use tablets for ordering. Overall good airport but expect to pay an arm and a leg for a taxi or uber.

Had no problems getting to where I needed to go, the organization of how people were supposed to move through the space felt hectic but I guess that's expected. Some employees were nice than others while some were just flat out rude and unhelpful but honestly. I expect that as well. All that really matters is that I got on my plane and Landes where I needed to be without trouble.

It is one of the best airports in US as well as in the world. Everything is automated and clearly written. Support staff is present to help and guide. It is a neat and clean airport. Passengers and family members ( who came to drop the passengers) are allowed to go till the security point to say final bye before the flight. Security staff are strictly doing the work and don't allow any irregularities.

Lot of duty free shops are present. Lot of continental restaurant are also present. Leading coffee chains also have their shop. Luggage cart was not free it was charged $6 per cart. Everything else was good in the multiple visits I had at EWR. It has lot of accessibility for wheelchairs.

Really big air port make sure get your baggage from level 1 if you are departures. You Only getting checked in 3hours early and in this pandemic bring you PCR test if you planning to travel internationally
