We rented a party bus for a bachelor party and Nichol's exceeded our expectation. Their pricing was fair and their service was excellent. They responded quick and made sure all of our questions were answered. Would definitely use them again!

I booked a stretch Denali Yukon for the day and it was absolutely mind blowing. My wife and her friends went wedding dress shopping and I put my trust in Tracey Nicoll's to handle this event and they went above and beyond all our expectations. I highly recommend using Tracey and his company for your rental needs. My wife and I were planning a destination wedding to New Orleans. I contacted Tracey about 1 month before we got there, to make a reservation on a party bus. It couldn't have gone more smooth and easy. He had exactly what we were looking for and was better priced than another rental company in the area.

We took care of deposits and upfront costs right there on the phone, and explained that a tip to the driver was the only thing still owed. He took addresses of pick up/drop off and asked what our overall plans were for the 4 hours of rental. On top of collecting all the information on the initial call, Tracy's office reached out one more time, one week before the rental date just to confirm times and locations for our plans with the party bus.

The day of the rental was perfect. Nick, our bus driver, showed up right on time and at the correct address. The rental was equipped with cups and napkins along with places to keep our beverages cold. We loaded up 18 people from the wedding party, and Nick let us pick exactly where we'd like to go with our rental hours, and stayed parked near our destinations for as long as we'd like. Afterwards he dropped off our wedding party at our reception and asked if we would like him to stay parked there for the remaining time of our rental. Very professional and extremely nice the entire time. Again, I would absolutely recommend this rental company to everyone.

Truly professional and reliable! When I called Tracey months prior to my daughters wedding he answered personally. He explained everything in detail, sent me pictures of the limosines that I wanted for my daughters wedding and then sent me a contract.

During those months Tracey kept in touch. A week prior to the wedding Tracey contacted me He gave me the names of each of the limo drivers and their phone numbers. During the entire day of the wedding all the way up until the end he was available for a phone call if we needed. We did not need to contact him though. The drivers were wonderful and everything went splendidly.

Timely, professional, courtesy and excellent service. Tracy Nicoll's Limousine & Hummer Rentals provided excellent customer service for my bride's destination wedding. Our party bus was perfect to transport the bridal party to the photography location. Our driver was super professional and accommodating. I booked a party bus from Tracey Nicoll's Limousine & Hummer Rentals to drive myself and my bridal party to and from the wedding venue. The driver was very accommodating and even helped us pack the bus with all of our flowers and personal belongings. We also went to another location before the wedding to take photos where it started to rain and the driver met me half way to the bus and held an umbrella for me while I made my way back to the bus. I would highly recommend them!

Could not have asked for a better experience. We rented the 18-20 passenger limo bus from Nicoll's, and they delivered in every aspect above and beyond what I would have expected. They went out of the way to accommodate our needs with regards to pick up and drop off times, they charged a very reasonable rate, and the bus driver Eric was incredibly friendly.

And last but certainly not least, the bus was off the charts quality - nice leather seats, great atmosphere, fantastic sound system that paired seamlessly with iPhone. Again, top quality service for what we paid and expected from this company. Will definitely utilize their services again in the future.

I highly recommend this limo service. Reservations are a snap. When they come to pick you up, they are on time (early, actually). The drivers are beyond professional and friendly. The fact that they are knowledgeable is a huge plus. The limos are immaculately kept up. I've used Tracey's a few times now and it is always consistently terrific. Five stars.

Nicoll's Transportation was a wonderful experience! The limo bus was clean, air conditioned, and it had some really great features. The environment was refreshing and comfortable, and all guests that were on the bus felt really relaxed. The owners of the company were such a delight to work with, and they made sure that I had all the answers I need before, during, and after the booking process.

Since the booking process was done simply electronically and over the phone, I had some concerns. But I was able to make adjustments where necessary and prepare ahead of time with items to bring with me to New Orleans because of their tireless efforts to get me the most accurate information that they could. They were professional, patient, flexible, and helpful! This was an exceptional experience and I would definitely use them again for any event!
