Simply put, we ordered 2 shuttles for my wedding and only one showed up. I cried as my mom had to drive me to my wedding and I was an hour late for photos. We were in contact with the company (during our honeymoon) about reimbursement for being late to our photos, but they have gone dark for months. Working with Nikko's was the biggest regret I have for my wedding day.

The Fairmont Austin recommended them to me and as they witnessed the frenzy Nikko's put us in, they have assured me they will be removed from their vendor list. I will not give Nikko's the satisfaction of telling them they ruined my wedding, but as a bride who BAWLED on her special day, I want to do my best to warn others to NOT USE THEM. We have tried to work with them directly instead of resorting to the Internet, but they simply have not responded since November.

THEY RUINED MY WEDDING. They literally no showed to pick everyone up at the end of the night, it was an absolute nightmare. We did our send off and then everyone stood in the lot trying to find rides home. I was humiliated and honestly devastated. DO NOT USE THEM EVER THEY ARE HORRIBLE.

I don't like leaving negative reviews, but we really had a nightmare situation with Nikko's that warrants sharing my terrible experience, unfortunately. We booked two shuttles with them for our wedding. We did have to reschedule our wedding due to COVID, which they were flexible with. However, the day before my wedding while I was knee-deep in last minute details and trying not to get stressed out, they called me and said that I never paid my deposit.

I insisted that I had and I even had an email confirmation from Brandy on the team that said that my deposit would be taken out of my account on a certain day. They said they never received payment. So we paid DOUBLE the amount and said we would get proof of payment after our wedding from the bank. We went to the bank, got the statement that proved we paid the deposit when we said we did, and sent it to Nikko's.

They didn't apologize or even acknowledge the type of situation they put us in. They just said that they would refund our card. The refund didn't come through until a month after they said it would - apparently, they don't have any issues with double-charging your card but it takes ages for them to give you your money back (even though the whole situation was their fault).

Outside of one lady that was helpful, everyone else had a terrible attitude and they were extremely unprofessional. I wish that this review could stop there - On my wedding day, the shuttle driver called me 10 times while I was getting ready to slip into my dress (even though I asked them to please contact my wedding planner and provided them her info months in advance) and asked where the pick-up and drop-off was (which also had been provided a year prior and was documented on the contract).

This caused unnecessary stress because the guests were late to get picked up and they sat in the shuttle for over 20 minutes while the driver was calling me. They were unreliable, unprofessional, and caused me an inordinate amount of stress on what was supposed to be the happiest day of my life. Steer clear of using Nikko's, especially brides and grooms that need a vendor that can execute and be reliable on the most important day of their lives.

I highly recommend this company. I have used them a number of times to provide airport transfers for a number of my employees travelling from Canada to the Houston area. They are incredibly organized, punctual and offer peace of mind!

Great customer service! My company used them to take us on a food tour around Austin and we could not be happier! Clean bus, friendly driver, on time, what else can you ask for from a professional shuttle company such as Nikko's. One of our group members left their cell phone on the bus and after calling in the manager on duty, he answered immediately then provided a resolution. This company is a shining example of how service based businesses should operate. 6 out of 5 stars!

Excellent chauffeur service. My driver, David drove very well. He administered great conversation, diligent driving and inviting customer service. The Cadillac rode like a dream while coasting through traffic without a problem. Thank you Nikko Worldwide Chauffeured Services. I highly recommend supporting their business.
