Northeast Limousine Service

I called for a quote for airport service for our upcoming vacation. I made sure I checked their services and went to their website, but here's how my conversation went: "Northeast Limo." Hi! I'm looking for a quote on airport service, please, "We don't do airport service", Oh, I'm sorry. The website said you did. My mistake. "Click" Hmmm, I must be missing something because everywhere I look, airport service is the first service listed, even on their own website. I wouldn't call them again, but I gave him 2 stars instead of 1 for answering the phone. I'm in a good mood even if he's not.

Highly recommended. Booked the stretch limo for our wedding and the entire experience, from beginning to end, was fantastic. Our driver was Brian, who was incredibly accommodating. He was very friendly, considerate of all our needs, and flexible when our plans changed. Also, the limo was brand new with all the bells and whistles.

We chose Northeast Limousine for our wedding yesterday and we had a shuttle bus. Our driver's name was Tracy and he was incredible! He helped me on and off the bus and with my dress and did everything we asked him to. He even stopped at a gas station after the ceremony to let people get food and drinks and we literally had to chug the champagne old school style lol. We definitely recommend this service to anyone for any event you may need, definitely had a 5 star experience and thank you so much for providing us with our transportation.

Excellent service the best limousine service in central New York. We used them for my wedding and they are the best. We used other limo company's before and they had junk for limos we only use Northeast limousine service for all are needs now

Our driver was very courteous and professional. The staff at the office was personable and helpful while making the booking. I would recommend them for any of your events.

I want to thank this small company for their help. I have used them over the years for various matters and they always come through. I feel like a smaller company cares more about their customers and I believe they do. So if your thinking about hiring them, I would strongly encourage you to give them a shot.

Rented the H2 Hummer Limo from this company for my wedding. The limo looked great both inside and out & the driver was extremely friendly and professional. However, the AC in the limo was not working properly which was an issue since we got the limo for 5 hours. It was extremely hot with only 5 guys in the limo. I asked the limo driver if there was a way to turn up the A/C to which he responded with making a phone call to another driver who stated verbatim " We have been having issues with the A/C fans, they are not working properly." I made a phone call to the company the next day, no one answered, so I left a voicemail to which no one responded to until I called again.

The person on the phone tried to convince me that the limo had fully functioning A/C and the reason for everyone sweating in the limo was due to the fact it was 90 degrees outside. Needless to say, I was unhappy with how management handled the situation (they basically did not care about the issue I had on my wedding day, it seemed as if they only cared that they got paid). I do not plan on doing any business with this company in the near future nor would I recommend it to any friends or family.

Only place I would use for limo service! The limos are always exceptionally clean. They are always getting new limos so they have options to fit whatever it is you need it for! The drivers are always friendly & professional! Always a good time. If you haven't had a night out with your girlfriends in a limo then you need to call & set your night up!

Northeast Limo Service was absolutely wonderful for my wedding. The limo was clean and in excellent condition. Our driver, Tracy was WONDERFUL - I cannot say enough nice things about him. He was kind, professional, personable and very funny. He was incredibly prompt and took excellent care of our entire wedding party. He was an absolute pleasure to work with.
