ill-equipped and incompetent
Since merging with 360 Limo, Nova has declined considerably in service, quality and price. During and after the merge, we were assured the level of services would exceed our expectations. However, 360limo has proven to be more of an upscale taxi service, than a corporate transportation service. They are ill-equipped and, quite frankly, incompetent. Their lack of organization wrecked havoc on our group event. I do not recommend 360 Limo.
