Pittsburgh Transportation Group is looking for Shuttle Bus Drivers for our growing Contract Shuttle Division. We have multiple job openings with immediate need for full-time and part-time drivers! Our shifts include weekday or weekend schedules, with the flexibility of shift options from early morning, afternoon, evening and overnight.

Affordable and professional! We used two of their buses to take guests between the hotel and reception venue and it went very smoothly! Everyone we worked with was very professional and helpful! We're glad that our hotel recommended them.

My mom turned 90 and lives in senior housing. I wanted to rent a bus so her senior friends that live there as well could attend the party and not worry about transportation. I contacted PGH Transportation and was referred to a lady named Kathleen. Kathleen recommended a 24 person short bus which I booked. The price was reasonable. Shortly before the event, the apartment manager contacted me and asked it the bus was wheel chair accessible.

I called Kathleen and asked this and she said no, but would see if she could find one. Shortly later she called me and let me know she located a bus that could accommodate wheel chairs. And there would be no "up charge" for this added amenity. Rick the driver couldn't be kinder to his elderly passengers assisting them exiting the bus. The bus was clean and very well maintained.

Being in the service industry, customer service is very important to me. With Kathleen and Rick, I couldn't have asked for more. Kathleen (we generally communicated via email) always responded promptly and clearly. They were a pleasure do deal with. Thank you. (The ladies are still talking about the great time they had. I'm now some what of a celebrity when visiting my mom. Thank you PGH Transport for helping make this special day special.

Super disappointed with this company. We were supposed to be picked up at 1:25am from the airport but when we arrived at baggage claim there was no driver to be found. We waited 20 minutes and then decided to give the company a call. After talking to 2 separate people we were assured someone would contact the driver and the driver would contact us.

Apparently the driver got a flat tire but did not think it was important to contact the company he works for to let them know that he would not be able to pick us up. I only found this out after I called the company AGAIN to ask for an update on the driver. The woman on the phone assured me at 1:55am that a second driver who lives 25 minutes away was already on his way to pick us up.

It is now 2:49am and I am on hold with the company AGAIN and it's been 11 minutes. We finally got ahold of another person at the company who finally told us our driver was at a different gate than the one we were told to wait at. Never using this company again. DISCLAIMER: Our driver Brian was awesome. Thank you Brian!

Easily one of the worst transportation experiences I have ever had. I emphasized that I needed a vehicle ASAP and all I got was regurgitated script writing. I would rather have the dispatcher tell me there is no cars available than have me sit in my pick up location for 45+ mins in the freezing weather. Please find a better system.
