We did a round trip service from Port Hueneme to LAX. Both drivers were on time and got us where we needed to be in an efficient manner. They were also very friendly. A lot of the negative reviews likely stem from rides being scheduled at unusual times, like early morning or late at night. Based on our experience, you will be fine if you schedule rides from 10 AM to 6 PM.

Booked to pick up from LAX and the flight was on time. The pick up supposed to be 11.10 and the driver has called 20 min after say another 20 min late. Then he called and said will be in 2 min and waited for another 30 plus minutes with no show. We end up taking Taxi and now fighting for refund. Not reliable at all. Their BBB rating if F, just in case anyone missed. Unless they change their attitude towards 1. Punctuality 2. Customer Service 3. Understand the value of " others time" This business will disappear in no time.

Scheduled a round trip to/from Torrance to LAX. Not very far. Pick up was great. Received driver info, name, type of car, etc. driver was on time friendly. Return trip was disaster, which unfortunately for driver #1, all the good will was completely lost. As others have shared, late flight into LAX, flight was late, (overseas) which when I booked, was told it would be monitored.

It apparently wasn't. Stranded at 1130 pm with no driver, and a call center apparently overworked. Sitting in an open air pick up lot at midnight with no ride after traveling for 24 hours was extremely frustrating. Was given a hundred excuses including well you plane was late (yes, what happened to you guys monitoring?) driver left, (thanks for THAT text which was never sent) and no other arrangements made.

After being on the phone (after being on hold for over 15 minutes) for what seemed like a long time, FINALLY got an UBER. So skip this company and just get a taxi or Uber. Wish I'd read all the comments before booking I wouldn't have been hanging out for an hour in a dark parking lot at LAX

I wish I could give negative stars. Absolutely horrible service. Do not use. I confirmed my reservation the night before my flight and received a text message at 3:50am for my 5am pickup. The driver did not show (said mechanical problems) and they said they would send another company but would not give me any additional on what company or driver. Then they said I could also look for alternative ways to get to the airport.

Very poor customer service, little to no communication, and terrible logistics. Avoid at all costs. Schedule an Uber in advance and it will be cheaper and less hassle and stress on you.

DO NOT USE THIS SHUTTLE SERVICE I had a reservation for a 2:59pick up on at my residence for a ride to LAX. I was sent a text message confirming my reservation and a link to track of the driver in real-time. I clicked on the link and it said the driver was 46 minutes away. After 10 minutes passed I checked again and it still said he was 46 minutes away.

I then called the driver to confirm the time of pick up. I told him my name and tried confirm the pick up time of 3:00. He corrected me saying it was 2:59, which I acknowledged. Then I told him about the online tracker and how it was saying that he was 46 minutes away and that I was trying to confirm that he could pick me up at the designated time because there was no way he could make it on time to pick me up if he was truly 46 minutes away.

He ignored my attempt to confirm the time and asked me if I was ready to be picked up, which I replied yes. He then told me to come outside right now. I asked him if he was there at the pick up location. He ignored my question again and started raising his voice to tell me to come outside if I was ready to be picked up. I questioned him again, asking if he was there right now, because if he was, I would come out for the ride.

He ignored my question again and yelled at me even louder, telling me to come outside. It is unacceptable that this man yelled at me when I was merely trying to confirm my pick up time with him. I just want to emphasize that this man, started loudly yelling at me over the phone. I would never recommend their shuttle services to anyone and will actively tell people to never use this shuttle service for as long as I live.

I would give ZERO stars if that were an option. I reserved to be picked up at LAX with an executive sedan. When I arrived at LAX, the app showed that my driver had arrived. I called my driver and told him what column I was standing next to. He told me he would be there shortly. Ten minutes went by and nothing. I watched every black SUV drive by and double checked their license plates.

None of them were my driver. I checked the driver's location on the Prime Time Shuttle app and it showed that he was still at the Prime Time Shuttle office in Inglewood. I called my driver and he said it would would be another 10-15 minutes. No explanation, just it would take longer. Mind you, I had my 9 year old daughter and our luggage. And they had already charged my card.

My driver came THIRTY MINUTES LATER. He claimed to drive by four times, which was COMPLETELY FALSE. He continued to argue with me throughout the ride to Orange County. Customer service was not helpful and I called them on two separate occasions. NEVER USING THEM AGAIN.

We used this company in the past and mostly satisfied with it. Recently, we decided to used it service again despite of the recent negative comments about it. This time we needed a ride from LAX. The service arrangement was a little bit clumsy, time consuming due to changes at LAX due to Pandemic, and to reduce heavy traffic due to the emerging of Lyft, Uber besides other traditional services like shuttles, taxis. Overall, the service was good, we were well informed from the company in regards of driver information and others. the driver was courteous, wore mask and the car was clean.

We reserved twice to be picked up from LAX to our location and then back for a later date. Once we arrived at LAX the driver was great he got there on time and got to our destination. On the way back however 5 minutes before the driver was to pick us up he unassigned himself, I call and they said he had a flat tire (to if that was true or not, I highly doubted since it was a early pick up time) we did get refunded back. Luckily, the time we reserved for pick we did 4 hours before our flight so we had a family friend instead had to drop us off since their emergency service was not able to come to the area we were at. If you use, make sure to book in advance of time pickup in case for any hiccups!

I reserved a ride to LAX for a flight to Colorado approximately 2 days prior to pickup. The scheduled pick up was 0600 am. On the pickup day, 0600 came and went, and by 0630 there was still no car, no call, nothing. I had to call Prime Time to inquire about our ride. After being put on hold, they said they would call back, they did not. Being that time was of the essence, by 0645 I had to call again, where I was finally told there were no cars available, even though one had been "confirmed and charged" for the trip two days prior. Granted they refunded my fee, however I still feel the inconvenience from such a renown company is unacceptable. I probably will not seek their services anymore.

I reserved a private SUV to pick me up from the airport. When I landed, I got a text message with a link to check the status of my reservation. However, the status page simply stated that no driver was assigned. Um, what? I immediately called and after being on hold for a few minutes, they told me that they did not have any drivers and that they would have to cancel my reservation.

I was flabbergasted that they could not even be bothered to proactively reach out. I do know two other people that used this company successfully on the same weekend that I attempted to. So if you are feeling lucky and are okay scrambling to find other arrangements at the last minute, then Prime Time Shuttle is the company for you. For everyone else, look elsewhere.
