This company has the most vile woman I've ever met in its office. There truly is no limit to her lack of basic humanity. Try Uber or Lyft and you won't have regrets of having to expose yourself to such awfulness.

Standing at the curb at LAX waiting for my car when I am suddenly hit from behind. I look back and realized I was hit by a guy carrying some luggage. The discussion goes exactly like this; Me: Oh, pardon me! Him: Well get out of the way! Me: Excuse me! Him: I said get out of the way asshole! Me: You hit me from behind dumbass! If you had said excuse me I would have happily gotten "out of your way"!

We exchanged some more words, much of which I can't post here, all in front of his clients. At one point he started to walk towards me at which time I drew back a fist and said "Bring it on" and he turned away. I walk over to the front of his van to take a picture at which time he runs up and gets in the picture (posted to this page) claiming that he is the owner of the company. Ya see, the sign in his window wasn't his company so he wanted me to take a picture of that. It wasn't until I took another picture of the TCP number on his bumper (also posted on this page) that he shut up, went to his van and drove off.

Wow! Mel executed beautifully. He's a true professional and we couldn't have pulled off a night I'll never forget without him.

RCL limos drivers are the rudest I've ever encountered. Today I witnessed one of their drivers blocking the driveway and traffic on a street in Beverly Hills. The driver was so blatantly disrespectful to all of the other drivers on the street and parked his Escalade in the middle of the street and proceeded to take a nap, while other drivers honked for him to move. He finally moved when the police were called to the scene. Are you really that desperate for drivers? I witnessed the entire event from my balcony and it was so unnecessary.

If i could i would give this co. a 0 - 0 it's the most unsafe limo co. i was driving south, stopped at an intersection with a solid yellow light and as i made my left hand turn my light turned red, at the same time i was able to see from my right peripheral sight a large black lincoln navigator suv speeding towards me so i slammed on my accelerator to escape a collision but the suv struck the right rear quarter corner off my mini van at a high rate of speed. ( the drivers in this co. need to train not to beat a yellow traffic light )
