THIS COMPANY IS ONE ACCIDENT FROM BEING PUT OUT OF BUSINESS! ONE OF THERE LIMOUSINE DRIVERS ALMOST KILLED ME ON AIRLINE HWY THEY WERE DRIVING A BLACK SUV! The reason they are cheaper than the competition is because they don't have the quality of the competition please do yourself a favor and use JAZZY LIMOUSINE IN NEW ORLEANS! GOOD LUCK!

I had a limo confirmed for six months at A Regal Limo. Seven hours before my pick up, the company called me saying I needed to add 1.5 hours for travel time, totaling $140. I was asking why I am just now being asked to add time when this has been booked for six months. The lady on the phone was frustrated I did not want to pay the extra money and I was frustrated that I was being asked to pay just hours before pick up.

The owner, Freddie, got on the phone and was very rude saying, "What do you want me to do, ma'am? Want me to cancel?" I said "I would like you to simply apologize for putting this on me seven hours before my pick up and then maybe I would have been more willing to pay. I am frustrated at your customer service and how rude you all are. I am frustrated that the lady before was extremely rude and I am frustrated that you are being so rude. "I said "But you acting like an ***** is not making me want to pay for extra hours." And he replied, "You know what, you're not getting the car. ***** YOU!

Go ***** yourself." And he hung up the phone on me. I called back to ask who I was speaking to and he answered the phone again and said, "Freddie. I am the owner. You don't like it then GO ***** YOURSELF! How bout that?" and he hung up on me again.

I used this company Saturday May 27 for my son's graduation. 5 stars across the board. Very professional and very courteous. Thank you A Regal for making my son's day extra special. My driver was the absolute best. Please book this company if you want a company that treat you like a king or queen and not money.

It is absolutely untrue what they claim on their website about professionalism and customer service. After reserving and paying in full months in advance, my party got the hoopty bus with a driver who needed directions! A party bus with no A Regal logo as per website. No ice provided and the driver could not operate the doors. Pathetic! At the very least. A Regal should be down right ashamed, but they didn't care when we questioned why we didn't get the bus we paid for. DO NOT use this company!

I found this transportation site on groupon but it was cheaper without the Groupon! The driver was there to greet the 8 of us. The limo SUV was perfect, and even the driver was a cutie "hey boo" lol. It cost us about $15 per person which was cheaper then Uber!

I may change this review later but so far it's not a good start. I purchased the groupon for 4 hour limo service, cost of $145. I called when I made the purchase back in February. We are vacationing in Nola from Oct 29 - Nov 2, so this is a good deal. I had to call 2 times to make the arrangements. First time the woman took my information and told me she would return my call, second time I spoke to a man who said the woman was a temp and that he would help me.

We set the date of Nov 30th for pick up. I called today to confirm and again he's confused and rude. Finally he say the pick up is for the correct time and hangs up on me. VERY RUDE.I can't wait to see how this turns out. I may be getting my money back. Lets hope they show up.

Exceeded expectations. on time. ice buckets full, clean and ample glassware, limo immaculate, and the chauffeur James dressed and acted the part. highly recommend
