I have used Wright Party Bus on two different occasions and plan on booking again in two weeks. My experience with this company has been nothing but great. The staff was very accommodating at the time of booking a reservation. They took the time to explain the different party bus options and were timely with the contracts and returning phone call messages. Bob, was most helpful when I had questions regarding our contracts.
Bill the chauffeur for both events, and hopefully for our third, was absolutely wonderful. He was professional, prompt, and was great with our senior son and his friends. I would highly recommend this company without hesitation!

Everything was perfect! The initial setup was fast and easy. The customer service the staff at Wright Party Bus & Limo provided was great! All my questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner. On the day of the event, the driver was on time and very friendly and patient. The party bus was very clean and the lights and sounds were great as well. I would definitely recommend using Wright Party Bus for your next event!

Great experience! Our driver was Janice and she could not have been more kind and helpful. The bus was clean and seats were luxurious. The speakers on the bus sounded amazing. Overall 10/10. We used Wright Party Bus for our wedding and it was absolutely perfect! Bill (the driver) was attentive and on time. We used them to shuttle the wedding party to the venue and then to shuttle the guests to/from the hotel. Their vehicles are very clean and up to date. We had no regrets and would definitely book with them again for the next time we need a party bus/limo service. Thank you again guys for making our wedding day run so smooth! 5 Stars!

I would highly recommend Wright Party Bus to anyone who is looking for one. Even if it's for a night out or for a wedding. We used them for our wedding and it was exceptional. Bob was our driver and she was nothing but polite and professional. He was on time and helped us shuttle guests from the hotel to the reception since our hotel didn't have a shuttle.
A short storm hit and knocked down power lines, blocking the road and she handled it like the professional He is. Then after the reception, we had extra time left on the rental, so He let us pack the party bus up with gifts and drove to my house so we could unload the gifts that night. They are also extremely affordable for the service and class they provide. 5 stars isn't enough. I will definitely use Wright Party Bus again and tell all my friend to use them.

We cannot thank Wright Party Bus Enough! We used them to transport our wedding party to and from pictures and from the church to the venue. They showed up early to pick us up. The new bus models are amazing, super clean and have an amazing sound system. Hey were ready with two built in coolers of ice and we were able to drop off any alcohol earlier on the week.
They had everything cold when we arrived on the bus. The driver was very friendly and professional. The entire wedding party was so impressed and had such a fun time. Thank you for making our special day so great!

Wright Party Bus was fantastic to work with. We booked a 20 passenger party bus for our bridal party Dec 2020. Bob answered all our questions and responded back to us in a timely fashion. He was very informative and helpful during our initial stages of planning. He also touched base the week before the wedding to give us more information on who our driver was and finalize last minute details.
Our driver, Bill also called us the week of our wedding to introduce himself and provide his contact information to us. He was very helpful and went out of his way to ensure the entire bridal party got on and off the bus safely. He was also laid back and drove us wherever we asked to take wedding photos in between the wedding and reception. We highly recommend platinum to anyone. I used Wright Party Bus for my wedding in Jan 2021. Every aspect of working with them was wonderful! Bob was super responsive - getting a quote and booking our transportation was quick and painless. Our driver Bill was amazing! He called to introduce himself and share contact info before the event, and on the day of he arrived early to pick us up, and took the wedding party around town for pictures as well as shuttling guests to and from the hotel.
When the reception was cut short by a power outage, Bill was there right away to help get guests back to the hotel. The bus itself was great too - fun lighting, coolers with ice, and audio hookup. I highly recommend Wright Party Bus for your wedding or other special event, and I will definitely be using them for any future transportation needs!

Honestly, this company should have zero stars. I am Jay. I had worked there for almost 5 years. I would like to publicly apologize to everyone that has had service from this place. Every complaint on here is true. The ones at the top are fake reviews done by the owner. The entire fleet is in need of repair, and has been that way for a long time. Cars break down every week.
My last job was to recover a limousine that broke down at the church. The entire wedding party stood outside for over an hour, while myself and my 9 month pregnant wife could bring another limo. It was my intent to take over, so I just kept holding out, waiting for it to happen, but it never did. I am sure that DOT will get in there soon, and issue many fines.
He does not care about anyone, employees, customers, nothing. He does care about money though. He will send drivers out in vehicles that carry more passengers than their licenses will allow. Refunds, good luck with that. You will be told that it must be sent to corporate headquarters and usually takes about a week. There is no corporate headquarters.
It is just the owner hiding behind the "corporation". If you don't like the service, or the car, do not sign the contract. If you sign a contract, it is hard to get your money back. They should be called last resort limousine. Be wary!!!! The "F" with better business bureau, is for a reason. Again, I am truly sorry that I was part of ruining your special occasion. They may say that I am just a disgruntled employee. I am not. I just want people to know what they are getting into with this company.
