We were pleased to use this service last week as a pick-up from O'Hare to downtown and then from downtown back to O'Hare a few days later (during rush hour). They arrived on time in both cases, polite and professional drivers who were legitimately skilled in their steering through many lanes of traffic. They assisted us with luggage, carseat installation, and remembered to ask about stuff like cabin temperature, etc.
They gave us (accurate) travel-time estimates and appeared to have back-up routes preplanned. The SUVs were immaculately clean. We would definitely use them again if needed. THANKS.
