Excellent customer service from start to end. Driver was on time and the Phantom and Ghost was as well presented and representated by the Driver who was extremely polite and helped with my elderly grandmother. We will be using Royals again in the near future. Stayed with us even though we were 30 mins late after the event. Keep up the good work guys!

Amazing service! I called last minute for a limo for my sons prom as I was let down by another company. Spoke to a lovely gentleman who was so helpful and sorted out a royles Royce phantom at good price for me. Arrived exactly on time even a little early, Car was in perfect condition and the driver was very professional and extremely friendly thank you!

Hired a few cars of RoyalLimos for a friends wedding, at first was sceptical but the service was second to none. Owner was very nice and understanding opened up late so I could drop off the car early. Deposit returned in 5 working days. Self-drive fleet was relatively new. Drive the cars with respect and you won't have any problems.

Worst limo service, do not risk your big day with these guys, stressed out my family by threatening to drive away because we didn't leave the hall at 12am, we were like 20 mins late as expected with Asian weddings. Do not chose these guys stay well away. The return journey was like sitting in a rally car and the driver was dressed all casually unlink the pick up were the driver was suited. Go to Phantom Limo Hire in Birmingham who are much better and cheaper.

I hired a beautiful Rolls Royce Phantom of these guys and what a royal experience! Car arrived on time looking spectacular! Driver looked smart and was very kind to us. A big thank you to all the staff which looked after me. Definitely worth hiring from!

Last summer in 2017, I hired a Rolls Royce Phantom and a Hummer Limousine for a wedding in Birmingham. The service I received from the moment I walked in the office till the chauffeur's arrived outside my house was amazing. I can't put into words how these guys made me feel. Absolutely brilliant! I have booked these guys for 3 weddings including my own. On each occasion I was reassured that all cars will arrive on time if not earlier. The drivers are very professional and friendly and have always turned up dressed smart and the cars/limos looked immaculate. Yesterday I used Royal Limos for my sisters wedding and again the cars looked amazing in particular the red Phantom.
