Last trip I took the driver was looking at his phone half the time and almost smacked into another car on the turnpike. Also beware of their phantom upcharges when you pay with a credit card.

I always use this company, good service and very kind driver.

I payed $165 from JFK to Fort Lee. They charged for a considerable amount of money for waiting at the airport when I asked them to come one hour after the arrival. I complained afterwards and they told me to call me back, but no calls afterwards. Very unprofessional and dishonest.

Having parents who are stationed at West Point, we always fly into one of the NY airports and take about an hour to an hour and a half taxi ride to the base. These taxi's are immaculately clean, great customer service, and they only use top of the line vehicles. With out a doubt, this is our families go to mode of transportation when visiting NY.

Gougers. I asked the Marriott in Teaneck NJ to arrange for a taxi to take me to the hospital 1.5 miles away for a business meeting. Charged me $25 and when I asked if I could use a company credit card, I was told that 20% would be added to the fare. Next time, I'll use Uber.

I've been using this service for about 5 years and thought the dispatcher was rude at first but it's just the way he talks. He's always the same but not rude. The important thing is that their drivers are super professional and courteous. They're always wearing suits and are early driving brand new clean cars that don't smell funny.

As for the owners, every experience I've had with them were great. They've even reimbursed me and have given me free rides on occasions for being a loyal customer or for being late due to nyc traffic! It's not often but I've never had another company do that. As for rate hiking, all the companies I've used charge for waiting but they are quite lenient about it. I'd recommend this place if you're looking for professionalism and reliability.

They also make me feel valued always opening and closing doors for me even in the city. Rates seem to be competitive minus uber but I've had horrible experiences with them.

I've used this company about a dozen times over the last 2 years. Always 10 minutes early, clean cars, friendly and safe drivers. I have no clue what the other reviewers are talking about with the owners. Always kind and courteous. Prices seem about the same as everyone else. No I'm not gonna complain about $5 difference.

I agree with the first review. I used to use them every mon and friday for work. Never had a problem with the drivers but Kim (she owns the company) is extremely rude and she alters the price every other ride with a reason that the driver had to wait at the airport. when i called to let them know as a courtesy that the flight was delayed for an hour (apparently they can't do math) and they place blame on the delta website that they didn't update the flight delay (is that the customer's fault? especially after I called and let them know it was delayed?) If you're using them one time. go for it. but if you need to consistently use a limo service, do not use them! they don't care about loyalty and they definitely don't take care of their customers. hope i save you your money :)
