I rented a limo from this company a month in advance for my daughters prom. The owner whose name is Jay was the one who took all my informatoin. He called me the day before to verify the details. Well, the limo was 30 minutes late. When the kids started to get in the limo, it was hot. I told the driver and he said that once the car got going, it would cool down. The limo went to pick up another person along with a parent to chaperone. The parent called me and said that the limo was very hot and the thermometer inside the limo read 100 degrees. She also said everytime the car turned there was a loud popping noise. The driver said that the transmission was going out and that is why he was late, the car wasnt running properly. I went immediately to the business and spoke with Jay, he said that everything was working when the driver left the shop. Yeah right! He did not give me back all my money like I requested. He said that he needed to see if the limo was really broken before he could give it back to me. Like I would go down there for nothing. He said he would try to fix the situation and have another limo pick them up from the prom. After I gave him the address, he said that he didn't say that. Me and my husband were shocked. The man is a Liar and I would not recommend him if he was the last limo company around. Please do not give this man any of your money. Spend it on another company. | Overall rating: |  | Average |
