My best friend booked a limo through Sir Oliver for my bachelorette party and we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience! We went into NYC for a brunch and a Manhattan dessert tour which my friends curated. Our driver, Eli, was fantastic in every way. I can't say enough wonderful things about him. He was a great driver, punctual, professional, patient, and the sweetest person. It was an absolute pleasure working with Sir Oliver and I can't recommend them enough for your special event!

Hands down the BEST! We used Sir Oliver for our 5/20/22 wedding and they were amazingly easy to work with! Prompt and super professional! And their vehicles are insanely clean and new! We had Nick as our limo bus driver throughout the morning and he was fantastic! Helped us carry all the flowers into the limo bus, helped my grandma down the stairs and even fluffed my train and veil before walking down the aisle at the church. Cannot say enough good things about him and this company! Highly recommend them. Don't look anywhere else! I will definitely use them in the future!

We had a great experience with Sir Oliver! Our driver was super nice, on time and extremely helpful (with the flowers, gathering everyone and keeping us on time and even with my veil). We got the 36 person bus and it was amazing and a great price - would 10/10 recommend

To say I was dissatisfied is an understatement. If it was possible to give 0 stars I would! I had booked Sir Oliver for my wedding months in advance and had confirmed everything was in place for the day. However, on the day of my wedding, I was contacted at 12:50pm by the driver of the limousine to let me know that the limo had broken down and he wouldn't be arriving to my house until 1:10/1:15pm.

While I understand that cars breakdown and this was unforeseeable, my contract stated that my pick up time would be 1pm. I had to arrive at the church by 1:15pm, so when the driver informed me of the delay, I told him I would drive myself to my own wedding. He insisted that I wait for him and that we would still arrive to the church on time. I find it astounding to ask a bride to wait and be late on her own wedding day.

The driver arrived to the church at 1:21pm (which means I would have been late) and proceeded to insert himself in the bridal procession. When it was time for myself and my dad to walk down the isle, he started to touch my train and instructed my photographer to open the door. Who in there right mind would instruct the photographer, who is supposed to capture me and my dad walking down the aisle, to open the door!

After the ceremony, he inserted himself in my receiving. Again, unnecessary and not ok. When I contacted the manager, Rich, 5 days after my wedding day to ask for a partial refund due to the contract not being upheld, he replied 10 days later with a very lengthy and wordy email stating that it was unforeseeable and didn't once address giving me a partial refund. I replied to his email immediately, again asking for a refund, and I have yet to hear from him (it has now been a month with no response).

I worked with Rich and Jen, the owners, and Rich guided me on what he thought would be the most bang for our buck in terms of transportation. We ended up booking 2 limos to get us to the venue, 2 shuttles (32 and 38 passenger) bus from hotel to venue and (38 and 48) passenger bus from the venue to hotel at the end of the night. All the drivers were so communicative throughout the process in terms of arrival time and drove safely.

The drivers also helped us load all our stuff to the limo and of the limo which I felt they went above and beyond their duties. Customer service with Sir Oliver was beyond belief! I highly recommend you reach out to Sir Oliver for all your transportation needs!

As good as it gets. I used Sir Oliver for my wedding day. We had a 36 person party bus and then 2 32 person shuttles at the end of the night. To say this company is top notch is an understatement. The staff at Sir Oliver was incredible. The owner took the time to go over all the details with me and make it as clear as possible. The driver who picked us up was INCREDIBLE. Kind, helpful, prompt. Highly highly recommended for anyone looking for transportation on there wedding day.

I wouldn't look anywhere else for a ride to the airport. This company had the MOST reasonable price and literally was on time and to the airport without a hiccup. Trust me don't look any further, it's a waste of your time. I also want to add the lovely receptionist I don't know her name was so polite and efficient.

Sir Oliver was amazing last July for our wedding, we had a 1960 Rolls Royce silver cloud. Our driver was very punctual and let people take pictures with the car during our wedding. He greeted us with champagne and comfortably drove us to our hotel, would highly recommend

Not sure why I was expecting an apology. I wanted to thank you for the superb job that you did for our wedding. Not only were your drivers incompetent and rude, they literally couldn't verbalize the itinerary. Your 32 person shuttle left the hotel with only 2 guests onboard going to our ceremony. Family and friends then needed to scramble into their own personal vehicles and Uber's to get to the venue, thus delaying our ceremony start time.

I don't expect any type of refund because I wouldn't want to waste my time arguing with any of your staff on how you think you are right in this situation. I will never recommend your company to anyone.

We ended up cancelling our 2021 wedding and Sir Oliver refunded us a majority of our refund (which was originally non refundable) even though they did not rebook. During a time like this where some companies are taking advantage of brides and grooms during this pandemic they did not! they went above and beyond were so grateful to have had booked such a reputable and professional company! We will definitely use them for any future bookings.

I met the owner on my lunch break and he took his time to show us their fleet and provided recommendations based on what we needed. Sir Oliver Limo was extremely accommodating through postponements, venue change and even vehicle changes. Their team was very responsive to AL my emails and changes. We had a limo provide 3 hours of transportation to the venue from the hotel. The driver was friendly and prompt. At the end of the night, we had another driver shuttle drive guests back to the hotel. The 2nd driver was prompt and friendly as well!

Sir Oliver was amazing with my daughters wedding! It was a long road of changing days & times but when the time did come they were outstanding! Jen was so quick with her responses and was super helpful. We booked their Rolls Royce and wow it was beautiful! The driver was so helpful with getting us into the church and super attentive! Thank you so much Sir Oliver for being a part of our daughters wedding day!

What a wonderful company! I unfortunately had to postpone and then cancel my wedding due to COVID-19. They were very supportive and understanding through the entire process. They always made everything simple even before the pandemic. It was a shame that I never got to use them but their kindness, compassion and understanding meant everything to me. I would highly recommend them!

Sir Oliver was amazing from start to finish on my wedding day. Our drivers were incredibly friendly and outgoing. They were on time dropping my husband to the venue and picking me up straight after. Their prices are amazing. We got a quote from other places and Sir Oliver was giving us everything we wanted and for a better price. Rich and Sandy were fabulous to work with. I liked that Rich called me the day before to confirm every detail for our wedding day. We would absolutely book them again.

We were very excited to book Sir Oliver for our wedding day transportation based on the excellent reviews and customer service from Sandy. Booking was very pleasant and easy. Unfortunately we cannot say the same for our actual wedding day. To start, the driver who picked up the bridal party in two trips - first the bride and then the groom - was very nice but failed to offer us beverages on both trips, which we completely forgot about since we were pretty distracted that morning.

This normally wouldn't have been a big deal to us except for the fact that we were charged a 20% "administrative fee" that included beverages in the limos. So as far as we were concerned this was money wasted. The real disappointment however came later in the day when the 48-passenger bus (one of two buses) that shuttled guests from the hotel to the venue had air conditioning that did not work in the back of the bus.

This made our guests extremely hot and uncomfortable sitting in an hour of traffic on an 80-degree day. This was not the quality of service that we were expecting and not the way we wanted to start the experience for our guests, so a relative called the company that day and we were told the owner, Rich, would call us back the next day to discuss. That call finally came a month later after we followed up with the company multiple times.

When we finally connected, Rich admitted that he "completely forgot" to call - which should tell you about how much he actually cares about his customers. Our points of concern were met with excuses including saying that the AC did work, but not in the back. I'm pretty sure we were charged for the entire bus so that was not comforting to us or our guests who arrived sweating in formal clothes.

He also acknowledged that our second bus was not full, which makes me wonder why, if they knew that one bus did not have a properly working AC, they didn't try to fill the other bus as much as possible. We have traded a few more calls and at this time we are still awaiting his call, promised a few weeks ago. To read so many positive reviews is very frustrating for us because our experience with this company on the day and afterwards was so negative and the only disappointing part of an otherwise beautiful day. Based on this, we would never recommend them to others.

Referred to Sir Oliver by another limo company who didn't have a car available and the service was top notch. The booking rep was friendly, polite and extremely helpful. The prices for a point to point trip from Stony Brook to the City was very fair. The drivers were very professional and the car was clean and luxurious. Saving their number for all future needs!

Great cars and personality. Drive even helped the dress vendor to get pictures just right. They would help and make sure we are taking car off well above just a ride. Service is off the charts good. Trust them and they are great in value.

I was VERY pleased with both the pick up and drop off. The reservation agent was professional and accurate. The driver was top notch. He was on time, he was helpful and he was nice. The limo was clean, the bar was stocked. On my return trip, the flight was early, and the driver was at the airport. Fabulous service, and I highly recommend them. They let me add a person to the reservation the day of at no additional charge.

I can't rave enough about the superior service I received from Sir Oliver Limousine. It took all of the head ache out of getting to and from the airport, and the price was very reasonable. They were the only company able to get 11 people and luggage to Islip in one vehicle.

My brother in law recommended Sir Oliver to me. I arrived at JFK after a long flight and lost luggage. Bobby at Sir Oliver was my driver. He was great and responsive while I waited for my lost bag. When I was finally let out of the airport and ready for the pick up, Bobby was there right away. To my surprise Bobby showed up with a complimentary upgraded stretch limousine!

The vehicle was very clean, comfortable and roomy! Bobby knew I was anxious to catch a ferry and was understanding of my delay. He didn't promise we would make the ferry, but he chose the fastest route to get there. We made it - and I never felt we were pushing any speed limits. He was great! I give Sir Oliver 5 stars. Request Bobby - he's fantastic!

Let me start off by saying our limo driver, Brent was superb. He was attentive and in contact with us throughout the entire day. He made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed as we traveled along my North Fork birthday tasting. The disappointments are for the actual limo. We booked the 12 passenger white limo for 10 people which wound up being the perfect size. Unfortunately, the sun roof was leaky and actually dripped into my friend's wine glass while we were traveling. Additionally, we tried to connect our phone to the aux port and it just wouldn't connect.

Thanks to Brent, we tried three different aux cords. to no avail. We had to use the radio to add some background music which wasn't ideal since I had made a playlist specifically for the ride. Overall, I would book with Sir Oliver again because of their customer service and affordability but I will definitely ask about leaks and music connections next time!

Great company! A great big THANK YOU to Sir Oliver for the amazing service you provided us. Lou was such a sweet addition to our day. He was so caring and attentive to our needs. We had such a nice time with him. Special compliments on his work as our chauffeur. Sandy and Jennifer really made planning the day such a breeze! We really felt like we were in good hands!

Our wedding was on 5/7/17. The Sir Oliver drivers located in Bohemia were not only professional, but also personable. Rich from the office gathered all of our information and details from pick up to church to pictures! The limo driver was very nice, escorted the bridal party in the right direction, even helped my father and I line up for church! These guys are experienced and organized. The timing was also perfect, which helped our wedding ceremony run smoothly, no issues, more than we expected. My husband and I highly recommend this company!

So I haven't booked my limos yet, but I am writing a review because I spoke with Sandy at Sir Oliver and she was such a sweet and amazing person! She was so helpful, spent time with me to brainstorm about photo locations because I was having a hard time trying to find a good indoor location around the area. She made me feel so comfortable that I was able to ask all of my questions without feeling rushed.

She gave me quotes for all of the vehicles that I needed. This was one of the most pleasant experiences I had with a vendor (especially with limo companies). I have been calling around to a lot of companies and this one so far has been the most pleasant. Thank you Sandy! We are pretty sure we will be booking with Sir Oliver, so I will update this review after the wedding to comment about the experience.
