Nice new clean cars professional drivers show up on time very pleased with the service

Booked a trip to our concert through ticket master and they sent one email to confirm my transportation but it went to spam. Called them the day before and they cancelled our reservation because we didn't replied to the email. The services were already pre paid so there was no reason to cancel as we had already paid. They said they called but no voicemail was ever left.

The worst part was their customer service, woman on the phone was very argumentative, she just offered to give me the number for Ticketmaster to get a refund. I emailed Ticket Master and they said they are not issuing refunds at this time. So $179 wasted, plus extremely bad attitude and service.

We used Desert Rose Worldwide Transportation to and from our wedding venue, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I received communication throughout the day regarding the driver's information, when he or she would be arriving, ETA, departure times, etc. Not to mention, the bus we rented was SO clean and the driver was so friendly. We can't thank you enough for the great service!

We hired Desert Rose on the recommendation from our wedding planner and it was a great decision. They kept us and our wedding planner informed every step of the way. There was always someone there to answer all of our questions and concerns. We hired them for transportation to and from our welcome dinner as well as our wedding ceremony/reception. The drivers were friendly, courteous, and punctual.
