Thank you Spokane Limousine. After United rerouted our flight to Spokane, Spokane Limo saved the day. Our driver Jason did a great job driving our family of eight the four hours from Spokane to Kalispell. Good ending to a very long stressful day.

Surprise birthday party for my auth's 85 birthday 6/16/22. She said it was the most memorial birthday ever. Driver, Miss Sarah, was the best- happy, smiles, professional, drove safely and was right on time. Will definately use Spokane Limousine (and request Miss Sarah) when the need arises in the future.

We rented buses and a limo for our wedding in May. The staff was incredible to work with and the service was impeccable. The vehicles were clean and comfortable. We would recommend them to anyone!

Let me clarify, I rate this business a flat 0 stars. Where do I start? I called for a limousine to pick me up from my house to my venue and from my venue to the hotel. I was quoted a price of $340 by the manager and I confirmed It several times before agreeing to give my payment information. I explicitly told him not to charge the gratuity, I would handle that the night of my wedding.

That afternoon after filling out the reservation online, I started receiving charges, one for $348 which the invoice said it included gratuity, one for $432 which the invoice also said included gratuity, and one for $92 which invoiced the $432 minus a $340 payment. My debit card was dinged for over $870. What was the outcome of a conversation regarding these overages?

The manager laughed at my wife. Treating her like she was beneath him. SHADY BUSINESS FOR SURE. I kept proof. If you can't trust them with your bank information, why would you trust them with the most important night of your life?

Got a limousine very last minute for my daughter's prom. They all loved the driver. He was super nice and the car was fully stocked for them. They really made the night extra spwcail. Would definitely use again.

Everything from the scheduling to the pick up and drop off were exceptional! The communication and kindness of everyone in this company is outstanding! Truly an A++

Hired Spokane Limousine to take 15 teenagers to an event. The driver was on time and very friendly. He then picked up the kids and brought them back to my home. Again, right on time. All the kids said he was very nice. Spokane Limousine was very easy to work with and we will use their services again.

SCAM! Expect to be ripped off. Do not prepay. They will take your money, and never send the car you ordered. If you want a perfect wedding, do not trust this unprofessional company. I had ordered a Jaguar eight months prior to our wedding and prepaid just after booking. In addition, I confirmed with the company the booking and my contact information the morning of the event.

Instead of showing up at our wedding with the special car we ordered, they sent a common suv. The driver told us that our car had been double booked. It was too late to cancel, as my bride and I were just about to leave in a half hour for our honeymoon. We received no communication prior to the wedding day that they were unwilling to provide us with the car we had ordered prior to the driver showing up.

I find it hard to believe that they could double book the car with us having reserved it eight months in advance. The wedding was wonderful, but our experience with Spokane Limousine left a sour taste at the end of the night. If we hadn't prepaid we would have just sent the driver home and called a cab.

Day of transportation and driver Chris were great; 4 stars because we had to resolve confusion with the local option with no charge for "event time" that is advertised on their website. Scheduling with the owner John was easy but the no-charge event time was forgotten. Scheduled for our local Spokane wedding; Chris, who masked up, was early with the Lincoln Continental, which was very nice, clean, comfortable with black leather and bottled water. Chris was great and communicated frequently over txt to coordinate with us during the event as we went to dinner to bars and back. We were able to extend our time some "on demand" too. I'd gladly use Spokane Limo again but I would get the Jaguar!

The cars are nice and clean. The drivers are friendly and professional and most importantly they are timely and trustworthy. I would recommend them to anyone!

The reason why I gave it a 1 star is because my Limo wasn't the one that I pick. The limo that came look like is 1990 inside was dirty some spot was broken and the speakers didn't work. Spend 300 on ugly Limo.
