Sunset Luxury Limousines

The management is AWFUL. There are tons of companies you can rent limos/party buses from in Denver, save yourself a headache and choose anyone BUT Sunset. A. I had to call 3 different times in order to get my reservation set up because apparently the first two times they didn't actually put it in the system, they just "took notes". This should of been the red flag, but. B. Rented a party bus and the power kept going out every 1-2 minutes, meaning the A/C, lights, music wouldn't stay on or work. It's kinda hard to have a party on a party bus when there's no party cause there's no power to supply the party.

Our driver (Missy), who was absolutely fabulous and the only enjoyable part of this experience, was extremely apologetic and told us she'd talk to the owner so they could work something out with us. C. It's been 2 weeks and I have still not heard from the owner. I have since called in 3 separate times trying to talk to a manager/owner and have been told each time they would call me back, but they never have.

Unless you like giving money to a business who has no remorse for their mishaps and won't take care of you when something goes wrong - there are so many other options when it comes to Limos/ Party Buses in Denver, I'd pick any other one.

Would not hesitate to recommend Sunset limo. Booked a 50 passenger party bus last night for my 50th birthday. Bus was spacious and clean and seriously the best party bus I've seen. We used another bus company for my daughter's prom last month and had a terrible experience. This was a night and day difference. Adan was our driver and he was so courteous, prompt and helpful. I don't write reviews often but I absolutely recommend this company!

Randy was so good to us! We wished he wasn't driving so he could celebrate with us! He has such a great attitude especially for dealing with a bunch of drunk people. He was so accommodating! He made my 30th celebration a blast! Thank you for everything

Perfect and reliable service for prom night. Miguel did an amazing job watching our teens and making sure they were safe and where they needed to be. Highly recommend. Wonderful communication the whole night. We have had experience with other companies who drop off an leave. They stayed and when our kids wanted to leave earlier than expected, the limo was ready to go. Top notch service.

Sunset limousine has very high customer service standards! Their vehicles are very nice and clean. We went to a Denver Nuggets game a few weeks ago and Mike our Driver was the best very courteous and on time. Thank you Sunset for taking care of our group that evening!

Easy to book and very flexible. Our driver, Reno, was great! He was very professional and helpful, and went out of his way to help us look for a set of lost keys. The Bluetooth in the car was a little tricky but we managed to figure it out and get it to play music. Overall, would book with sunset limo again!

I have nothing but good to say about our driver and experience with this company. Mike was our driver and we could not have asked for someone better. It was a last minute booking and there was snow and ice that had to be navigated. Mike did a fantastic job of keeping us safe, being cautious on the road and finding the best route to take to avoid the weather.

He was courteous, friendly, engaging and supported every request we had. He was on time and ready to go when we needed to leave, was prepared for the weather and overall a very friendly driver. Thank you for keeping us safe and giving us a great experience on such a short notice and long trip! B

Hands down the BEST transportation company! Have been frequently using Mike Robar for airport transportation and he is nothing but personable, reliable, pleasant, friendly, and of course a safe driver. Not to mention his vehicles are extremely clean and just as reliable as he is. Mike is great with communicating and making sure I get dropped off and picked up in a timely manner for my flights, and alleviates any and all stress I have when flying. Great limo company we used for our bachelor and bachelorette parties. Randy and Leo were great drivers very friendly and attentive to get everyone around and home safely. The girls loved the "pink limo" and the "party bus" was great for the guys. All deluxe equipment and each had nice little bar. Highly recommended to take care of your special night.

We booked the Porsche limo for our party of 12. Very clean, beautiful limo! Our driver was Scott, he was so great! Very friendly, on time and great communication. I would definitely use this company again! We all had such a wonderful night.

We booked the Porsche limo to look at Christmas lights and it was amazing! Not only was limo clean and very welcoming, Juan, our driver was fantastic. He was extremely friendly, and wanted to make sure we were taken care of. He took us to places that he recommended and asked if we needed anything. Juan is amazing and would recommend as well as the limo service!

Would absolutely recommend this Christmas lights tour to anybody! Our driver Juan went above and beyond, was so professional, kind, and fun! Judy was incredibly professional and easy to work with setting up our evening! The Porsche Cayenne was spacious, clean, well stocked with water and balloons, and a great experience! We had a last minute reservation to celebrate my sons bday with family and our driver Vincent was amazing, he took us to see the best lights and definitely was a big part of how amazing our night turned out!

I really love Sunset. But my last experience with them wasn't so great. Our driver was the primary issue. He said multiple inappropriate things to me and others in our party. I wasn't going to call and complain but after hearing from two other people in our group they were going to call, I decided to call since I was the person who booked. I didn't get an apology or anything from the company.

I was told it would be sent to the manager and someone would get back to me. Still two months later, crickets. I spent $1,400 with this company plus paid our terrible driver a couple hundred tip even thought he was the worst. Baffled to have had such a BAD experience and no one there gives to craps about it. Sunset has a great fleet but the professionalism and care for customers is HIGHLY disappointing.

Our drivers Juan and Adan were amazing! They were very professional and we're very patient with such a large group! Basaseachi Ballet Folklorico is super happy with the way we were treated and these men were super down to earth! Couldn't have asked for better drivers always on time and making sure no one was left behind! I would gladly have them as drivers again for our next trip! Thank you so much Juan and Adan.

Great limo bus, lots of room, comfy seats, great ride! Best however, was our driver, Conrad. He was pleasant, personable, a good and safe driver, on time and got us where we needed to be on time! I was using crutches and scooter at the time, and Conrad was so helpful and kind as he assisted me with my equipment. He loaded my heavy scooter, helped with crutches as I boarded the bus, and just offered whatever assistance I needed. When our event ran late, Conrad was understanding and accommodating. Would definitely recommend or request Conrad again as our driver!

I had the best experience with Sunset Luxury Limousines. Darren was absolutely amazing and very accommodating when it came to finding the right vehicle. Brett, our driver, was outstanding. He was so nice and funny and really made our experience the best. Would recommend them over and over again!

Our driver Randy was punctual, professional and very friendly! We had a great time as we could focus on having fun and let Randy do all the difficult driving work. I would highly recommend him!

I was a little nervous about booking this company because of previous reviews. BUT speaking from my own experience, this company was phenomenal. From the booking process, day of the event and the ride itself we had an amazing time. Our driver showed up early and was so professional and great to work with. Getting to Red Rocks is usually a nightmare but this round trip service took away all the hassle! WE LOVED OUR DRIVER SAUL!

Update to the review below- after the the owner of the company, Darren, heard about the situation he called about an hour later and was profusely apologetic, and handled the entire thing with respect and professionalism. We were credited for our lost time, and I appreciate his efforts to insure we ultimately had a positive experience with his operation.

I reserved a 14 passenger party bus for a birthday party. Throughout the entire process, I was kept in the loop and they were very respectful! The driver was on time, the bus was stocked and very clean. We had a great time and our driver Mike was awesome! Will definitely be a return customer!

The owner was very nice and allowed me to change dates whenever covid caused a shutdown. Great driver too. It was my wedding day and as things got hectic my driver was flexible enough to go wherever I needed her.

**Beware** Booked two trips with Sunset Limo. Trip 1 Broken Limo This Limo was in very poor condition - the side door didn't open, so when we got to the venue my bridesmaids and I were stuck inside the car. The driver came in through the rear door, stepped on my wedding gown, and was slamming on the side door. He couldn't get it to open.

The blue tooth wouldn't connect - so we didn't have any music. The a/c didn't blow very cold air - just cool-ish air - so we were hot in our gowns and make up. The car smelled like smoke. The bill for this limo rental was 395 dollars. Definitely not worth it. I am asking for a partial refund. Trip 2 No Show Limo This was supposed to be the getaway car. IT NEVER SHOWED UP!

How do you not pick up the BRIDE AND GROOM?! Ridiculous! We frantically called Sunset Limo and Judy asked us to hang up and "wait" while she looked into it. Dude, Judy, it's our wedding day - we need to get to our wedding reception we can't just hold on and wait. We ended up being late to our own reception, and had to catch a ride with our photographer.

About an hour after the limo was supposed to show up, I got a text saying due to "Driver issues" this trip was cancelled. Very unprofessional. This trip has been refunded. Post-wedding, I have called in 3 times during business hours, and Judy has left this same message for the manager, but I have yet to receive a response. Talk about poor customer service. Finally, after emailing in, I heard back from Darren. I was told the limo in trip 1 was brand new so it worked and was fine. No apology for trip 2. Dismissive and disrespectful. **Would not recommend**

Gave us 4 limos instead of 5. Wouldn't repay us. Scam artists. Stay away unless you enjoy rude service while being robbed. Guy below me posting that he doesn't have record of me in his system is garbage. I booked through my company for a non profit trip for kids and still got this horrendous service. We used Sunset for a large bus/shuttle for our wedding. The bus was nice, but the service was terrible. The driver dropped our guests in a location where they had to walk the rest of the way to the venue not knowing where they are supposed to go, despite me talking to Sunset staff 3 times the week prior to the wedding to ensure they would be dropped in the correct location.

The driver was nowhere to be found when it was time to take our guests home. The bus was there, but no driver. This caused the second drop off to be delayed, which included the wedding party! To top it all off, the driver asked me (the bride) for a signature for the bill AS I AM ABOUT TO WALK DOWN THE AISLE! I contacted management about my complaints the next day and was completely blown off.

I finally got a response after a week and the response was basically a defense of the driver's judgement. I was told that the wedding coordinator told him to find me to get a signature. I don't care who told him to find me, it is never ok to interrupt a bride for a signature when she is about to walk down the aisle! Especially since he was going to be there all night.

Management did nothing to resolve the issue. We used 2 other limo services for rehearsal dinner for both wedding parties and had no issues at all. Seems that the subpar service is specific to this business. Will never use them again. Wish I would have read the yelp reviews first. Their reviews on Google are misleading.

Blown Away by the level of service we received. The driver was the best chauffeur that any of us have worked with before. He was welcoming and a safe driver. The booking process was easy. I really can't speak highly enough about how great that experience was! Thanks Sunset for making that night more than just an event, we will remember that special night for many years to come!

Quick notes to share: everything worked, that's a first for me and a limo service. 100% clean. It looked like we were the first customers to use it! Our amazing chauffeur Mike told us this limo was on of the newest in the fleet. It truly was Just stunning. Without question, you have my business for all chauffeured transportation needs! I I scheduled and paid in advance a limo for my daughters wedding It was scheduled for 8 pm at about 7:30 near the end of the wedding we talked to wedding planner about maybe getting the limo to come a little earlier. They said my daughter wasn't even scheduled At that point we called an Uber which came at eight. There was someone waiting for the hotel shuttle when the limo showed up at 8:30.

The driver said it was paid for so he might as well get in and enjoy. My daughters wedding was a limo short so I expected to be reimbursed The driver should not have given a ride to whoever. I did not pay for that. He should have checked with his boss if that was ok. Now I've been trying to call this company and I do talk to someone but they say they will need to talk to the superior and have him call me back. That hasn't happened for 3 phone calls so far. I finally talked to someone who said they sent the limo at 8? Hmmm I was there. No limo. What a scam!

I received a quote from Sunset Limo from Darren. I called a couple of days later and confirmed the reservation with Neil. He also took the $50 deposit at the time of the call. When the date came, I had 7 kids at my house eagerly awaiting the limo for a ride-around birthday party. When the limo didn't arrive, I called and spoke to Neil who denied the existence of my reservation and was unable to get a limo to me.

I had to stall for more than an hour while another limo service provided a car for me. I am still working through the process to get my deposit returned. If you are planning a big event, wedding, prom, anything that requires a limo service I would never recommend this service.

Overall super satisfied with my experience. I've used many party bus services and never have my group and I been so satisfied with our ride. Our bus driver was Adan and was very compliant, easy going, and personable. He never lost his cool and made the ride go smoothly. He showed up on time and showed me how to properly use all of the functions the bus had to offer. Adan drove very smoothly the whole way. The actual bus was very nice: it was large, great surround sound speakers, and air conditioned. Thanks Adan!

If I could give this company a -5 I would. The drivers do not care about your needs or preferences. We paid 700++ for a H2 limo and our driver's name was Gary. Gary did not take care of us at all. When we called him to pick us up, he told us multiple time that it would be over 30 minutes to pick us up!. If I am paying over $700 I expect to be picked up when i need to be picked up.

Not only did he not pick us up, he got mad at us when we asked him to pick us up and take us to another location. This was the worst experience that we have ever had using a limo service. I highly encourage anyone to use a different service!

I Would NEVER recommend this company. Clearly I'm not alone here. On my wedding day they were 1 hour late to pick us up. the BRIDE AND GROOM. However, they picked up our guests on time but not us. They had no back up plan for the delay. This COMPLETELY through of our entire wedding. We lost an hour and didn't have proper time at our wedding which is invaluable.

The response we received was a lackluster apology and an offer to come in and have a cup of coffee or tea with them. Come on. Save yourself and look ANYWHERE else. Don't let them ruin your wedding too. 7/9/16 Evergreen CO

Rented a limo last night, the limo was beautiful, very well appointed, disco lights and very cool interior. On time and a great time! Would highly recommend!

Coordinating all the drop sites was a little tricky but Darren kept to his quote kept his promises and he made a fantastic trip. We rented the limo for an charity event. they picked us up in a beautiful limo, they caterd to us very nicely. the 5th door was a little broken so we helped the driver with that but other than that it was perfect. our driver was super courteous and professional he dealt with all our crazy selves. the ride back our party grew to more people and they accommodated us with a bigger vehicle! it was amazing we had so much fun the driver as nice and tolerant, awesome with our crazy drunkness. we had a wonderful experience. Family in from out of town to spread Mom's ashes. Booked a 10 passenger stretch Porche Cayenne for a 6 hour ride to the mountains & back. Stopped by the business prior to the trip to have a look & talked to staff. Seemed nice enough. The Porche was on time but the AC did not work. The driver called her dispatch for a replacement vehicle. They did not have one.

We had no choice but to go. 12 miles of the trip were dirt road (SLL knew this). We sweltered in 90 degree heat & dust. $986.83 billed to my cc. I've called SSL & e-mailed 'Keven' (twice) as 'Amanda' suggested. Totally unresponsive. Do yourself a favor. Spread the word. Don't go there.

Tim, the driver for our party bus was amazing. He was on top of it at all times and took pride in his job. I was fortunate enough to be a passenger on a party bus transferring DU fans to and from Mile High Stadium for the NCAA Lacrosse Quarterfinals. Despite our rowdy crowd Tim was extremely professional at all times. I have no idea how he has that level of patience.

The bus was in great condition and everything worked well from the sound system to the seating and railing (nothing was loose, it all felt like it was built to last). The only downside of the bus was that the ceiling wasn't a bit taller. I couldn't bounce up and down to the music without hitting my head on the overhead rails. I can't wait until the next time the Boone Party Bus is back in action again. NOTE: I didn't pay for this so this is just a usage experience, i have absolutely no idea how expensive it was or if they were easy to deal with on the billing side.
