Established in 1977, Dial 7 is the oldest and largest car service in the New York City area. In its humble beginnings, Dial 7 was operated under a radio-dispatching system by one dispatcher and ten drivers in a 10' by 20' Manhattan storefront in the East Village.

Earning its reputation over the years by providing transportation to and from all major NYC airports, Dial 7's efficient airport pick-up system has become the standard in ground transportation.Having outgrown two Manhattan locations, Dial 7 has recently made its move to a beautiful 17,500 square foot location in Long Island City, an emerging hub for the car service industry.

Best car service on the planet. Great with elderly passengers who don't know what an app is. Grest customer service!

The online booking was easy. They sent an automated text reminder 30 minutes before the pick up, along with another text when the driver arrived at my hotel, along with his name, the license plate and car model. The driver was 5 minutes early, courteous and helpful. Their rates were competitive with other car services. I will definitely use them again on the next trip to NYC.

I was quoted a price per hour, but charged amount was more per hour. Not to mention SUV was damaged on both sides. I spoke to customer service, never returned my calls. They called me back and refunded overcharged amount.

I booked Dial 7 luxury pickup service for 3am before my trip to NYC a week before I left home. I changed my pick up time 2 days before my trip to 3:45am. Jaswant arrived early before my scheduled time and waited for me patiently. He was an excellent driver and provided helpful information at my airport drop off as well due to airport construction. He was professional and my service was excellent. I would reserve again. Amount charged to my card was identical to estimated quote. Lexus vehicle was clean and comfortable.

Drivers are always on time and typically early to pick you up. The are knowledgeable of various routes. Cars have always been clean and well maintained

I was assaulted by a driver who could barely speak English, simply because he hated dogs. Note that my dog was very clearly announced when I booked precisely to avoid any issues. I also called them about 15 times to at least get an apology, which I never received.

It was a seamless experience. I needed a ride to the airport from my hotel, and I didn't want to worry about having to hail a taxi or wait for an Uber. I booked Dial 7 the day before my departure. I just needed a ride - nothing fancy - so I booked a standard car. The driver not only arrived on time, he arrived early. I received a call from him as well as a text with the car type and plate number when he arrived. Due to COVID, there was a plastic divider between the front and back seats. The ride was uneventful and that is what made it perfect. I will definitely use Dial 7 again.

I have used this company MANY times preCovid. I always use it to get from Manhattan to JFK, booking the day prior. I booked a trip in Nov 2021 for 8AM pickup from Midtown hotel to JFK. I received a text message at 7:45AM that limo was en route. At 8:15AM, no car. I called and they said "no cars are available in your area". I said I booked my reservation 24 hours prior and they said to find another form of transportation.

I was able to get a cab (actually very easy and half the price) and arrived at gate during final boarding call. Never again. Completely unprofessional. Almost missed my 6.5 hour flight!

I've have used Dial 7 everytime I've had to go to the airport and me and my family fly at minimum once a year. The drivers have always been professional and most time arrive early for the scheduled pick up, taken a direct and fast route to the airport and always requested to assist with any bags.

We've used this service multiple times. They are more reasonably priced then Uber or Lyft especially for our situation traveling from JFK to Manhattan. The communication by the company was good. Because they had our flight number they texted as soon as we landed with instructions on what to do after we received our luggage. There was a little confusion because we was only checking texts and they were emailing information too, which we missed at first.

We were able to ask questions via text with quick responses. The driver was super pleasant to speak with and his driving skills were exceptional. He navigated the traffic like a pro. There were only a few times I had to use my imaginary break pedal.
