Wonderful, beautiful experience! I couldn't recommend them more! The ride in my first limo for my wife's 40th birthday celebration was everything I had hoped. But the customer service to get to the actual ride was fantastic. It was easy and smooth. Clear and prompt communication from Melanie in the office to schedule and get prices. It was too easy. The driver Ron was perfect and made us feel like royalty. He was cool and professional. I would call them again for sure.

I booked the party bus for a birthday party & it was such a blast. This company had the best price and options. They truly made the night such a success! There was 14 of us and everyone thought the party bus was so much fun. The driver was professional, accommodating and so nice! Tri City Limo service is hands down the best limo service in the area. I had A limited understanding of the area and they helped plan my friends bachelor party and exceeded my expectations. This is definitely the go-to limo service for the Tri Cities. My group traveled from Seattle for a weekend of tastings. Tri Cities Limo took care of everything, including helping us plan which wineries to visit. and they even provided food and water. That was a great added bonus and helped to keep us going throughout the day. I'll definitely look to this company for my next wine-tasting trip to the Tri Cities.

The staff was very professional, and the drivers (Randy and Anita) both were knowledgeable about the wines of the area. Yes, we used their services twice in one weekend! Food and water was provided, which was a great added bonus. When I booked, they even helped plan my group's tasting schedule and assured me we were visiting the right mix of wineries.

Rented their party bus for a wine tour with myself and 14 others. Melanie was great and very attentive with the booking process and the quality and cleanliness of the bus exceeded my expectations upon arrival. The coolers were full of ice and water and the provided food was very popular with the group after our second stop. Our driver was great, very attentive and made sure we kept to schedule or adjusted as needed when we decided to stay a little longer at a stop.
He even called ahead to a winery after we asked to change our itinerary mid-tour to ensure they were prepared for a group of our size. The entire group was very happy with the experience and I would recommend this company for all of your wine tour or party bus needs in the area.
