We recently used Uptown for a trip. Arrival to destination was great but had some car trouble for the way back. This can happen with any business. They were able to correct the issue and get us all home safely. We were only charged for the first half of the ride! Great business and great business people! Plus ask for Maynard as your driver! The best ever! Highly recommend Uptown for all your needs!

Limo cancelled on the morning of prom. Last year I attempted to use Uptown for transportation for 7 of my friends and I to prom. I called 2-3 months in advance to acquire an estimate. After being told it would be upwards of $300 because the owner has children of his own and understood the importance of prom my friends and I decided to use their services.
I called again and was told the cost would be upwards of $400 and the owner did not recall ever telling me he would give me a discount. I verified the information with my friends again who said they would be willing to pay the extra 100 and split the cost between all of us. I placed a down payment for $100 several weeks before the prom. When I woke up the morning of prom I received a call from the owner cancelling my limo because of an outdated inspection.
I demanded my money back and was able to call another limo company and receive a MUCH better price on a party bus for my friends and I 5 HOURS before prom. Needless to say I will never use their services. Use this company at your own risk. You or your child could have a precious moment (like prom) ruined.
