With over 15 years of experience in the travel industry in New York, we relocated to Arizona in 1997. West Valley Sedan Service was established and incorporated here in Arizona in April of 1998. Fernando and his drivers at West Valley Limo Service are extremely friendly and always reliable! My family has been relying on West Valley Limo for more than 15 years, primarily for rides between Surprise, AZ and Sky Harbor Airport, but anywhere in the Phoenix area as well. I couldn't recommend West Valley Limo any more highly!

I am a traveling registered nurse consultant and have used this service only once. My recruiter reimburses "reasonable and customary" travel expenses. I was charged $70 for a 45 minute trip to the airport. home pickup to gait. I had one bag and tipped the driver $5.00. Upon arrival to Sky Harbor, the driver implied that my tip was not commensurate with his service. Really? Nurses SAVE LIVES and relieve misery every single day.
The far majority of nurses are women and we are salaried. We are not permitted to accept a "tip" and rarely receive a simple "thank you". We are performing the responsibilities of our profession. In speaking with the owner, I was asked how I tip servers in restaurants. The far greater servers in restaurants are women. working to support themselves and their children and I tip them very well. This driver touted himself as a retired former CFO of a large corporation. He was pleasant, well dressed and on time. A "class" response would have been to say "Thank you".
