• Direct operations and oversee profitability and cost control for $10 million industrial coating facility worth approximately 40 employees.
• Held key role in expanding the facility by directing the planning, layout design, and installation of two new production lines, including overhead conveyor, equipment selection, cleaning system, dry off oven, coating system, and packaging/inspection stations.
• Led facility's growth from $1.5 million to over $10 million in a four year period.
• Implemented sales, marketing, and business development efforts that added several new
accounts and diversified the company into the office furniture, residential furniture, business machinery, and lawn and garden markets.
• Provided hands- on technical support in coating applications for different types of products and tooling designs to increase production output.
