The drivers are great! only downfall is night service, a must is to get the drivers card and call them when you need a ride. Faster service than calling their office in Detroit.keep up the good work.

You should know that they charge a $15 minimum for all rides, even those under 10 minutes. The driver was nice & prompt, and even let me pay only $12 since that was all the cash I had on me. But still, their website never mentions a minimum fee, and the cab itself did not have any indication

I rode with d&m and thought that the service stunk by far the worst cab company in jackson so far i found city cab to be the better of the three cab companys in jackson.

I called these people and the woman acted like she had no idea what I was talking about when I said flat rate in fact she directed me to another company and would not be able to pick me up for 2 hours. it was 1230 on a monday just trying to make it to work.
