10/13/2010 Summary: Billing -Terrible. Car service - acceptable. I booked a flat rate transfer from this company through an instant online booking at http://limos.com for $218.75. I received a confirmation from both Spacetime Limo and from http://Limos.com for this amount. So far so good.

On Time, Clean Car and best rate in town.

Since merging with 360 Limo, Nova has declined considerably in service, quality and price. During and after the merge, we were assured the level of services would exceed our expectations. However, 360limo has proven to be more of an upscale taxi service, than a corporate transportation service.

I live in sugarland Texas and I always ride a taxi to Hobby airport. My yellow cab driver didn't show up at all the day I was supposed to catch a flight at 7am. I called Pride and they sent me a driver in 30 mins and I only paid the same price as a taxi.

I was supposed to be picked up from IAH at 10pm. My flight was delayed over two hours. When I got to my terminal to pick up my bags I found the driver standing there with my name on the sign and the bags that He got for me. He was a real young gentelman, He knows where i was going and his car

Professional and courteous. They provided excellent service and made the whole event seamless with regards to transport.

I've never saw any cleaner, luxurious and such great service.

Our driver was great but the limo had the worst AC ever we mealted in our dresses and suits. One of the screens was broken. Though they gave us an extra hour to make it up it was an extra hour in a very HOT limo (Escalade). Though our driver was nice and attentive the limo itself was horrible

This used to be a nice place to get airport transportation. Then something happened and they expanded. They are now a front for several transportation companies. The last time I took them they charged my credit card and did not give me a receipt. It took weeks to get a receipt for my expense
