We booked through this company while in DC because we needed to get our baby to the train station. We had a confirmation for 7:45 am with a car seat and the driver was 20 minutes late. When we called, they lied and insisted we made the reservation for 8 am.then when we quoted the confirmation email they said "almost there, momentarily." No apology. Then the car shows up and there's this old, dirty car seat that isn't even strapped in.
The driver makes no attempt to help us. We almost miss our train and our daughter's life was at risk. They said they wouldn't offer us a refund because we "got to the station at 8:25 am." As if that meant anything. Absolutely terrible company. Do not use.
