Beware! rented a limo for our kids prom night they were supposed to be at our high school at 5:25 PM and never showed up! they called with the bad news they didn't even have a limo to drive to our school I told them if they were not at our school by 6 PM we were leaving because our kids had reservations at 6:30 PM! They never made it we all had to drive our kids to the restaurant but limo ended up showing up at the restaurant and our kids got to be in the limo for about 5-10 minutes to their prom!
They had the audacity to charge my credit card for the full-time after breaking the contract! very difficult to deal with and very shady! The limos Air conditioning and music did not work and was in very poor condition!

READ THE LOWEST REVIEWS BEFORE CONSIDERING THIS COMPANY I wish I had read reviews first. My bad. Because the same thing that every other person is saying, happened to me. Horrible communication, our transportation was downgraded twice, blaming me for not communicating lol - I'm the one that wants to pay YOU for a ride, of course I was communicating. It was just a big blame game. We were 'signed up' online -- which by the way means nothing, and verbally promised a limo to be for my sons 17th birthday, going to the Kid Rock concert.needless to say, a couple hours before someone was to be at our house picking all of us up I get a text saying all we have is a VAN.
A VAN people. I have an Escalade. Why would I want your bleepin VAN?! These are 17 yro boys going to a KID ROCK CONCERT! I was a sad and disappointed mama. I had all this planned out for months. Had myself a good cry, I cussed Frank out (he of course had ZERO apologies and blamed me), and we went on with our night. Minus Dadds. I would never recommend. Which is something that I have never done before.

I had a splendid night with my lady and Dadds Magic Bus did not fail to cater to every need. Our driver was fun and polite, and opened the door every time which was highly professional. Fantastic experience, I would recommend this service every time.

I submitted multiple requests through the website for more information over the last month or so. Never heard back so I called. The guy who answered the phone was so incredibly rude. He did not answer the phone with any indication that it was a business. Just a straight "yeah can I help you". I proceeded to confirm that it was in fact the business and he just says "yeah, can I help you" again. He sounded annoyed that I was calling.
I asked a couple questions and each time the answer had nothing to do with the question I asked. Seemed like he wasn't paying any attention to me. His responses always included "well you just need to book online". Why would I book something before my questions were answered? Very unprofessional for a business. Wouldn't trust them with any part of my wedding after that interaction!

DADDS ended up being a good choice for our wedding party bus. I was a little nervous a few months out, but it ended up working out. We had some big changes to our timeline due to COVID and it took a looooong time to get those confirmed. I never got a response to any of my emails, so it's definitely better to talk to them over the phone. If you get Ron on the phone, ask to speak to Chad as it seems he handles all party bus bookings.
Our driver was very friendly, but was not wearing a mask like we'd requested with Chad. The bus was new, clean, and specious. We had brought along our own speaker and cooler for ease, but they provided ice in the built-in buckets. Overall, we had a great time on the bus as we traveled between our different locations throughout the day!

DADDs transportation is FANTASTIC! Toys for Tots has benefited from their service for several years. They transport the Star Wars 501st to the Grand Rapid Santa parade staging area, then picks us up at the parade de-staging area. Every year Darth Vander tells me how pleased he is with the service. Thank you so much DADDs for providing an excellent vehicle, friendly and helpful driver, and service to Toys for Tots. We appreciate you!
