My driver Majid was the worst I've ever had! His car was filthy, and had a bad smell. He was late for pick up by over 30 minutes, and wouldn't apologize. Was rude and short with me for even bringing up his lateness! Won't be calling this company anymore because of him, and I recommend everyone else to do the same.

Highly recommend this car service. My flight arrived very late at BWI and the driver was waiting for me, pulled right up as I walked out of baggage claim. The car was very clean and comfortable and the driver was extremely professional. A+++ service!
