I had a terrible experience with this company. My maid of honor booked a party bus for my bachelorette party and we needed to change the reservation. When I called I was told they don't usually transfer the deposit over to a new booking because it is non-refundable (understandable) BUT that they did not see an issue with it because I was trying to book TWO new reservations with the deposit. Carole told me she would call me back, I never heard so I followed up with her a second time.
She told me she would send me an email but I never received one. The third time I followed up I was told my deposit would be kept, they cancelled my initial reservation, and the two other reservations I was trying to book were now sold out. My maid of honor lost $400 and I was unable to book anything through them. I am so disappointed with this service, I would not recommend them.

We hired a school bus to shuttle our guests to a from the hotel and venue through Rockstar Limo and it was great! They were very responsive while we were planning our event, and the driver arrived early for both the trip to the venue and the trip to the hotel. The ease of working with them for arranging transportation for our guests made it worth it!

Rockstar Limo provided a very fun experience for a 50th anniversary celebration on a Sunday afternoon. They were so pleasant to work with while planning the day and gave us a very reasonable quote. Communication leading up the event was clear and they always responded to my emails promptly. On the day, everything went perfectly and our driver, Lesly, was so accommodating and a pleasure. We can't wait to find another excuse to ride in the stylish stretch limo which is an instant party inside.

I am so grateful to Rockstar Limo who helped make our wedding reception amazing! We reserved the white trolley, which took us to our December wedding reception. It was such a unique experience. Our driver was so professional and arrived on time and kept our schedule, dropping us off at our venue right when we needed to be there! The white trolley looked so cute in photos and our bridal party loved the atmosphere it created! They made everything so easy for us and were excellent with communicating everything to us! I would highly recommend hiring Rockstar for any important event! Safe and flawless transportation!

Initial response was great by email- rest not so much. Was given a dollar value quote over email and they said they sent the contract/quote. Turns out they spelled my email wrong so I wasn't receiving it. When reaching back out, they said they sent it but I still hadn't received it. 3rd day I called to see what was happening - thats when they realized they had my email wrong in their system (all communication was by email at this point.) Then the quote I received was $200 more than the original amount.
I called and lady who spoke with me on the phone told me to call back next day to speak with original quote person. I called next day and she said by that time the limo was now unavailable and tried to have me book the larger limo for additional $100. Was not a nice feeling that they had it available and had they spelled my email right on the initial quote I would have been able to book it. Wouldn't consider them for the future.

My husband and I used Rockstar for our wedding and it was great! They were on time to the hotel and got us back safely at the end of the night. The party bus was clean and the driver was super friendly. Would recommend!
