I inquired to book three cars, after I had asked what was needed to confirm my reservation, I sent the info. I never heard back until we called to confirm and I was told there were no cars available for my date even after I was told there was availability.

We ordered a car to take my elderly mother to and from Sarasota airport. Both drivers were very professional, good conversationalists and were on time. Her flight out was departing very early and her flight home was landing very late, but the drivers were there, easy to spot. It was such a relief to know that she was in good hands. Thank you and we will be using this company again.

I have been a very happy, stress-free Prime Time customer since I moved to Sarasota five years ago. I give them my highest recommendation. I have used them for trips to Fort Lauderdale airport and Port Everglades, as well as trips to Tampa Airport, a Tampa and a St. Pete doctor, and SRQ.I call on them, in other words, whenever I need a stress-free ride, as well as when I don't want to leave my car for days or weeks in a facility parking lot. Yesterday, I chose the comfort of a Prime Time ride to my St. Pete doctor-in a day packed with appointments and guaranteed stress, compounded by the certainty of heavy traffic and the likelihood of delaying accidents (of course there was one). I have had repeat drivers and new drivers.all have been great. This is a totally professional, top-notch, reliable service.

We had a great experience with Team Primetime The entire team at Primetime was very professional, on time and helpful. On our return trip we had a six hour delay. Team Primetime tracked it all the way and was at baggage claim at TPA when we arrived. All vehicles used were / are always clean and well maintained. Nice people. This team knows how to do it! They're very accommodating, punctual, flexible, and have great customer service! We didn't plan well for my uncles 60th for transportation so i had to quickly go online to see if anyone could get us in and they did! They responded to the quote in less than 15mins!
