We used Allstar for our guest transportation on our wedding day and were more than happy with their service! From start to finish the planning process was so smooth. They were so accommodating, even when we needed to change plans many times! We used both the 56 passenger executive coach and the 28 passenger mini coach to shuttle our guests. The drivers were very timely and so kind. All of our guests were very happy with the service as well!

This is complete garbage of a company. I was offered pricing on a car and accepted the offer at 6:30pm. Took my kids to soccer and by the time I got home 9:00pm they had "no cars left". What is the purpose of asking me if I want the vehicle and then not delivering on your end. I would never use this garbage company ever again. Terrible customer service and the woman I dealt with was incompetent. Stay FAR away from them.

Spent an entire day emailing back and forth with THREE separate customer service reps all who mostly told me/requested different info! Incredibly confusing and ridiculous. Shay was actually helpful and sent over the correct pricing and info for an executive charter and when I confirmed the pricing and filled out the credit card auth TWICE they still hadn't reserved it for us and by the time they tried to it was booked! Rep April said that because I had filled out their copy and paste form with the word I had been calling it all day (luxury coach) as opposed to what they had actually completed and quoted me for (executive coach) they hadn't reserved anything even tho they had my card on file and approval to process hours before.

Too many chefs in the kitchen there and no coordination between them. A simple phone call to myself after I was that far into the process (7 hours of emailing about an executive coach, multiple questions answered on my end and credit auth filled out twice) would have cleared up any question and would have made completing the booking doable. Complete waste of an entire day and a total let down for a HS wrestling team that just made school history!
