We booked with Sunshine Shuttle at the very last minute and they graciously helped us to secure a ride to and from the VPS airport in Fort Walton to our condo in Destin, FL. Our driver's were Patricia and Michael. Both were very professional. Patricia was GREAT! it was raining when we arrived and she stopped by a store and let us go in to get. some needed essentials for our first night so we wouldn't have to go out again in the rain. Received updates and confirmation on our driver and vehicle info. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use their service again.

Made an appointment to pick my son at airport. No one was there. Called them and after 5 min hold was told driver is 20 min away. The driver showed up 25 min, but was courteous and professional.

Our group recently had a trip BOOKED with Sunshine and we did not get a sunshine bus, we got a buses that said Holt Travel on them. This is the only problem we had with sunshine, but other than that we had an awesome experience. The drivers were awesome, the buses were nice and clean so we were very well satisfied with the service that we received from Holt Travel.

I would give them ZERO stars if permitted. I scheduled a morning pickup from home to the airport (I was a regular customer up to that point). On the scheduled date and time no car arrived at my house. After waiting an additional 10 minutes, I called in was placed on hold for over 15 minutes without any updates and had no idea the status of the pick-up. Finally, I was forced to hang up and drive myself to ensure I didn't miss my flight.
I received a call back and the agent claimed the driver was at the entrance to my subdivision, however, I was already at the gate and no car was waiting. The owner, Donovan Lindo called me later that day to apologize and offered to pay for my parking at the airport. He seemed sincere and even sent me an email claiming the payment request was with accounting a few weeks later. However, months later - nothing received. Save yourself the poor service and lies use another company (uber, lyft or Liberty).
