Timely, personal and superb service. Bobby, the owner went out of his way to make me feel comfortable with the ride to JFK. The Cadillac SUV was extremely clean and and the ride was smooth as silk. His driving skills were superb. This company is professional In every sense of the word.

If 10 stars were available I would note that as my rating for Hamptons VIP Ride and company owner, Diego! In March 2018, I sent an email regarding my client's Hamptons July 2018 wedding for a quote. Diego responded in less than 3 hours! I told him we were still TBD on number of passengers, timing, etc. and he said "no problem." Every time I spoke with Diego to make a change or add something, he ALWAYS said "no problem." Diego and his drivers did whatever it took to make sure my clients were happy.
This makes me happy! I felt completely supported and would 5000% recommend using Hamptons VIP Ride for any transportation needs. Amazing service! Beyond expectations. As a NYC real estate salesperson, I had to plan a last minute trip to preview houses in Amagansett for a client. In the chaos of closing several deals and moving in to a new apartment in the city, I confirmed for the incorrect date. I showed up, just 15 mins before my first appointment, with no way to get there. I called Diego and his partner at Hamptons VIP Ride, apologetically explained the mix-up, and asked if there was any way they could accommodate me.
Not only did they send the friendliest and most professional driver named Alex, but he showed up quickly and in the exact same SUV I had booked for the incorrect day. As I would hope, the SUV was super clean and comfortable. Alex got me to and from my appointments quickly and showed me around Amagansett. Overall, I would highly recommend this company. They will easily get my business every time.

My driver Bobby arrived early to pick me up from East Hampton and take me to LGA. His Escalade was super clean and comfortable. He was extremely professional and super nice! I highly recommend Hamptons VIP Ride and will only use them when I am in the Hamptons as it was an awesome overall experience!

5 STARS was very easy for me to review this company. My husband and I used this service to see a show in Manhattan for a night out from our children and the experience was perfect. Our driver was super friendly, smiley, positive, polite, knowledgeable, safe and reliable. The car we were in was beautiful, very well maintained, was very clean and we loved our experience. We are planning to use this service for our next trip to the airport for our family vacation. Couldn't say enough about this service. I highly recommend them. Loved everything about it.
