Celebrity Limo came through in a pinch to help us transport a client when another company had fallen through. They provided prompt service and I would definitely recommend them to anyone else.

My organization has used this company several times to rent busses in the past. I called to rent another one today and was told they couldn't handle it followed by a prompt hang-up. Thinking the call may have just dropped I called back and was rolled straight to voicemail. Not only was this incredibly rude, but just a strange business decision. My plans weren't set and I definitely would have made a purchase. Now they will miss out on 3+ rentals per year for the foreseeable future.
