Great service! The desk associate is very respectful and knows how to do her job! Over all this place is great for limos. Will definitely rent again.

Really enjoyed booking my daughter's 21st birthday. I of coarse had so many questions and the lady was so patient with me.

We had a Christmas light tour and our driver Danny was amazing! He was so accommodating and friendly about our nightly plans. The limo was clean and seated everyone comfortably. Prior to our reservation, the girls in the office called to confirm a couple days before to make sure all details were correct and if I had any questions regarding our reservation. Looking forward to booking for future occasions. Thank you White Knights.

Very professional, contacted me back in a timely fashion and the vehicle was very clean. The driver was super friendly and punctual. I definitely will return to get my son a limo when he graduates. 2 thumbs up!

They canceled the day before my friend's 21st birthday because the party bus was "in the shop" for the passed couple days even though they called to verify the day before. They said they would give me a refund and I never got it for over a week so I called back and they said they never gave me the refund and they will do it now. They didn't even act like they cared.

They gave no type of compensation or anything for ruining the party or not giving back our money when they said they were. Trash service! Edit: Also they said that they had Covid And that's why they didn't refund me but they were inside the store working when they said they will give me the refund but then didn't give it. Now the manager is trying to call me blaming me saying I don't care about somebody having Covid because of my review. Pathetic!

We went to look at Christmas lights with 9 family members. We had scheduling issues and they worked with us to reschedule. Marcos was a great driver and made our night special with showing us some good lights. He was accommodating. The limo could use some repairs but was ok.

Hands down some of the NICEST and most professional people we've had the pleasure to do business with. THANK YOU White Knight for working to make our company conference dinner out a safe, fun and truly unforgettable experience. We ended up going 'over' our scheduled time by one full hour and they were so gracious about it, allowing us to add on. We will use them every year and can't wait!

First off.the driver was nice friendly and a good driver. 2nd the Limo could have used some repairs inside. They don't have a mini fridge to keep drinks cool. They do have ice chest built into the Limo but you really can't use them. It was nice experience my kiddo loved her birthday bash in the Limo. Over all I'd say would use them again.

We had one of the worst experiences with this company. They fraudulently charged us for a two way service and only provided one way. We called to speak with the owner Gary several times who refused to get on the phone or apologize and make things right. Savannah, his employee said instead we can try to dispute it. We should have read the other bad reviews prior to booking. Never hire this company.

This was the worst experience ever! We were supposed to be celebrating a 50th wedding anniversary and ended up overheated and feeling sick. The sound and lighting systems didn't work which was bad enough when you're paying so much money. The limo was dirty with chunky liquid behind the seats and mold on the seats. But the worst part was that the air conditioning didn't work.

We had 15 people that were sweating, feeling faint, and kids crying because they were so hot. We even had to undress the kids during the drive. Do not even consider renting from this place! They do not care to help you or what kind of experience you have.

Basically had a "death limo" experience with these guys. AC didn't work, trapped in the back. Some of our group almost fainted.

The driver was great he tried to see if there was another limousine they could switch us with because the stereo didn't work kept going in and out (out more than in) and the AC didn't work in the back.
