This one is as a difficult one to review. The customer service and limo driver were excellent. They were on time, and even turned around to get my wife's purse when we forgot it. But the state of the limo was horrendous. I took a lot of pictures as well but the short story is, they need to be deep cleaning these units after every person, my wife and I just wanted the ride to be over it was so nasty :/

Everything you expect from a car service. Mark was timely, and courteous on our trip to and from Soldier Field for a concert. I would recommend them. We will be using Naperville Limousine again.

I have been a customer of Naperville Limousine for over 20 years - using them for many, many, likely a hundred trips over the years - back to when they were MyChauffeur Limousine and prior, I have steadily seen their customer service decline steadily over the past 5 years. The final straw came last week. I had made reservations both outbound and. returning for my honeymoon in Antigua. Outbound was fine and uneventful.

On the return trip, when I called for pickup at 12:15AM I was informed that my reservation had been cancelled, as the had the wrong flight number. A voicemail, had been left on my cell phone (while I was in-flight from Miami) as the only attempt at contact, no text message, no.

Booked with one week notice for our wedding and they were super accommodating. Great at communicating, great brand new stretch, we asked for diet cokes and then had them! Did every little detail right. Highly recommend and very competitive pricing. When looking for a limo rental start here

The lady that I prefer to work with is always very kind and helpful. We prefer an SUV, and they are clean outside and impeccably clean inside as well. I have heard of other Limo Companies that arrive late, and make you miss your flight.

That is never a concern with this company. Rest assured they are a company with integrity. You can take a risk and get a lower rate, but I know I can trust them. When I travel that is priceless to me. Highly recommend.
