Old limo, driver not attentive to us and didn't even recognize the groom when picking up, didn't say a word to anyone. Need better customer service, paid 350 for 3 hours and not worth it! Not even a free bottle of champagne or anything for us. To bad as I was so looking forward to this for my daughters wedding. Would not recommend!

We rented the 16 passenger limo bus for a birthday party. We had a blast. The driver gave us ideas of where to go and where there was good music playing. Would be using them again this summer for a wedding as I am a wedding planner. Can't wait to use them for many weddings soon. I will only use them as I know the bus will be clean and when thinking of my bride I would want her dress to not get dirty.

Left my friends and I waiting for over 40 minutes after we already paid for a minivan for 3 hours of service. Not professional, no discount. We were told that we were going to have a dedicated driver but driver would not answer phone. Awful experience.

As part of my company's Christmas Party we rented the 16 passenger Limo Bus from StarGazer. The vehicle was clean, well maintained and absolutely perfect for our event! We used the same vehicle last year and I was so impressed by the comfort and service that is wasn't even a question as to which company I was going to call in this year's planning process. Our chauffeur was not only knowledgeable of the area we were visiting, but was also a safe and aware driver, which I tend to look at since the company I own is a trucking firm.
The weather was pretty poor with snow and ice making even walking difficult, but my staff and I were not at all concerned. In the past we have used other local companies, and I probably wouldn't trust those other drivers in a heavy rain, much less snow and ice. Needless to say, StarGazer will be the first call I make when setting up our party next year.
