What a classy and professional company. but not even that, the people are top notch! i started booking my bachelorette party with Kevin, who was incredible. helped me from beginning to end and even recommended places to visit. on the day of service, marc was our driver. amazing! he took pictures for us, drove us around all night, always made sure we had drinks and ice to party in between stops, and helped us out of the limo at every stop! what a duo, kevin helping plan and Marc driving. i will recommend this company to anyone for any occasion!

I rented a party bus from Mirage for my birthday party. It was the best experience! The bus was extremely nice and clean. Our bus driver Andy arrived on time and was very attentive all night. Nicholas, our co-driver, was very funny and definitely made our night memorable; I have rented party buses from a lot of different companies in the area and Mirage was by far the best experience I have had!

This bus was AMAZING. The driver drove very smoothly and showed us a great time. The interior was very premium and definitely worth the price! Lastly, the co-driver Nicholas was hilarious and made out experience that much better. The photo of him is attached!

I would recommend them if they didn't have diesel vans polluting Scottsdale! When you are riding behind them in a convertible you choke on the diesel fuel! Buy cleaner vehicles!

We used Mirage limos after having a poor experience with another company in the valley. The limo had a really cool looking interior! They were early by 10 minutes arriving to our pickup location and the driver was very nice. He got out and opened the door every time and helped people in and out. He was on time coming back for our second pickup and got us back to our final destination early as well.

The owner was very kind and was very reachable by phone any time I called and had questions! They had ice and waters in the limo ready for the kids as well. Driver was flexible and brought us to an unplanned stop when I needed to pick something up. The kids loved hooking their phone up via Bluetooth to play music as well!

Russ is the best limo driver I've ever had! Even came back the night after to return some items left on the limo free of charge! I'd recommend him to any of my friends!

Update: Robert and mirage limo were amazing tonight. My daughter and her friends had such a wonderful time to and from prom. The limo was clean, the red carpet add on was wonderful and Robert was fantastic. He confirmed when he had my daughter and her friends loaded in the vehicle after prom and was so professional. I would absolutely use them again and again! 10 stars because 5 isn't enough. I just booked a limo for my daughters prom.

I spoke with Kevin and booking went great! This is my first time renting a limo and he definitely made me feel confident that I chose the right company to trust with my daughters night! We're so excited and I'll post tons of pictures of the night and update the review after!

If I could give a 0 I would. We where definitely excited about getting our daughter a limo for her birthday. Kevin the owner made it seem like the birthday party package would be amazing. The red carpet was a red rug and there was no happy birthday banner on the outside like I was told. We were also told there was going to be drinks included for the girls. There was not enough the cups were dirty and the ice also had dirt all in it.

That is something that I was willing to just brush off my shoulders. But the icing on the cake was when our driver dropped us off at the mall I told him I would probably be in there about a half an hour. He tells me to message him when we are getting ready to leave so he can meet me out there. And then I get a message from him stating he was 15 minutes away and it actually took him almost 30 mins to pick us up which took some of our time away.

I will be contacting the owner today requesting a partial refund since we didn't get all the services we where promised. Would definitely think twice about renting something from this business. Very disappointing.

We used mirage limousines to take our group from our hotel to K1 go kart racing in Phoenix. The price was $150 per hour for a stretched limo that fit 18 of us. We had 16 12 year old youth hockey players and 2 adult coaches. We were able to fit into the limo no problem. Russ was our driver and he was amazing. He was so nice to the kids and very professional. We called Mirage limo less than 24 hours before our event and Kevin at the office handled our request no problem. Even though it was late notice he went out of his way to get us a driver and organize everything quickly. I would highly recommend using their services and request Russ as your driver. He is a STUD!

I've had bad experiences with limos, so I booked them a month in advance. they followed through, and did not disappoint! Kamran was a great driver and very good at accommodating our last minute requests. I think if you have a party of 9 or less, grab the rolls Royce! The whole party was very impressed! Thanks Kevin! I recently needed a last minute airport transfer for my executive from the WM Phoenix Open. I was scrambling to find a car service. I was referred by my colleague to Mirage Limo. Kevin assisted me and was able to find me a driver when no one else could help me. I can't thank Kevin enough, he was friendly efficient and professional. My executive loved his driver Russ, he said Mirage Limo will be our go to company for all future travel to Phoenix/Scottsdale. I highly recommend them!

What a night! Mirage Limousines did not disappoint. We had a group of 8 people and took one of their limos to a concert in downtown. It was my daughter's first limo ride and she absolutely loved it. Great service! We had a large party of 50 people and it was difficult to get everyone to the bus on time. The team was patient and understanding of the situation. The bus was clean, and everyone had a lot of fun. They dropped us off at the perfect drop off point for the WM PHX Open as well. Will be using them again, no doubt!

Had a night out to celebrate our anniversary. It was absolutely amazing! Russ was our driver, and an absolute pleasure! He was on time, very professional, and took care of everything for us. We used Mirage for our New Years trip to Decadence at Rawhide. We reserved a party bus to take me and my friends to the concert. I have used multiple limo companies in the past, and this ranked with the best. Great lighting and sound system, but what really made the difference, was the driver. Russ did an amazing job, catering to our every need. He was prompt, professional, a great driver, and very personable.

He was so much fun, and guaranteed a great time for me and all my guests! I plan on using Mirage again in the future, as long as they can guarantee that Russ will be our driver. My friends surprised me with a limo to go dress shopping and it was the best! Service and limo were both amazing! I called to book another trip and had to last minute cancel. They were extremely nice about the situation and didn't charge me any sort of cancelation fee and welcomed me back next time! Would use again.

Hands down the best service I could have asked for. From the moment I first spoke with Kevin the whole experience was easy, pleasant and fast. We booked a birthday package for my kiddos birthday, and decided to go on a Christmas Light Tour. Our driver Russ was phenomenal! He was prompt, polite, friendly and incredibly talented at maneuvering the giant hummer limo in small spaces. The ride was smooth, and we had such a blast!

Bait and switch company. Makes you drive to his company, sign a contract, and then refuses to complete contract. Kevin the owner is a complete unprofessional human being. Hire someone

The bus itself was great - bar, dancers pole and great sound system. However, Kevin was very disrespectful to our friend and birthday girl who organized it. He was very unreasonable on pieces of the evening outside of our control and made sure to let our friend know how displeased he was in her and her group as a customer. We won't be requesting any future busses from mirage limousine as this reprimand from Kevin really turned the night sour and left us all uncomfortable for the last third of the ride with Kevin. Kindly note, he had two rules - don't get sick and no shoes on the leather.

Both were followed and we would've been happy to follow any other guidances. The piece that tipped Kevin over was all the spilled drinks - this was a 75 person bus that had maybe 6 cup holders built into the bar. Every time we all departed for a stop at a bar those paused drinks that were just set down on seats, the floor, shelf and the bus had to move for parking they would spill.

The bus itself was awesome even though it was 30 minutes late. However, I would not recommend using Kevin as your driver. Not only did he throw out all of our Jell-O shots and beers when we would make stops (after requesting him not to), he made our birthday girl cry and was rude throughout our time. He was pissed when a drink was accidentally spilled on the floor, which we offered to clean ourselves.

We are a respectful group, but accidents happen on moving buses. I thought the idea of a party bus is to have fun with your friends while having drinks. Kevin quite frankly is a major buzzkill. We will make sure to find a different company next time.

Very impressed with Mirage! I booked with Mirage a few days ago on a last minute emergency, first company to answer my call early morning. From the initial call to schedule the pick-up I had great customer service. I called early morning the same day and was helped immediately. I had no problems doing this and they were able to accommodate me right away. My driver arrived early with perfect timing very punctual.

My driver was awesome and outgoing for being an early morning pick up. The driver was professional, nice and courteous. I spoke with him during the entire drive felt like I knew him. I know I will use Mirage again and refer to my friends. Mirage and the crew really go above and beyond! The staff was very expedient in answering my call and I received exceptional service. We will definitely be booking with Mirage Limousine again! All I have to say was that I had the best experience ever. Clean and felt truly safe!
