Ive had a great experience with Stretch Limo for years now. Every time I call, theyre able to accommodate me, even with short notice. Both Lu and Marzena have been driving me for years, and theyre always reliable and professional. My house is a bit farther from the airport, so I cant always count on other services or Uber but Stretch Limo never lets me down. Highly recommend

We have used Stretch Limousine for several trips. Always on time with clean comfortable vehicles. Our driver, Sebastian, was a quiet competent driver in busy Chicago traffic. We'll use them again.

We have been using Stretch Limo for over a decade first for work travel and now also for pleasure / family travel! Theyre the best. We never book with anybody else around Chicago! Booking online (or by phone) is easy and you can track your car in real time. The dispatchers are patient, available, and efficient. The drivers are early, friendly, know where theyre going, get there safely, and help with our luggage. The cars are clean, hot or cold as the weather requires, and with water bottles inside (huge bonus after a long flight!). We also used them for our wedding weekend, shuttling wedding guests between hotels and the airport, and the day-of for the ceremony, party, and after-party. They are a well-run, family-owned, multi-generational business. While we also definitely use taxis and ride-share apps for quick trips (from restaurant to bar on a weekend), if you are looking for dependable and luxury travel, this is it. They will track your flight if you give them those details and you will for sure have a friendly driver and clean car waiting for you whenever you finally land, even in the middle of the night.

Used several times from Madison for ORD flights. Sebastian always has an impeccable car and smooth driving.

Dorothy was very friendly and her service was excellent. She was on time and helped with loading and unloading the baggage for us. We were very pleased with her service.

Our driver was John. We had a group of 11 for OHara He was early for pick up to go and arrived right as we got outside to go home. He was great.

WOW!!! I can't say enough wonderful things about Stretch Limousine! They were so responsive to every question and change from the initial reservation to drop off at O' Hare. Due to a crazy snowstorm, over Thanksgiving weekend of course...we bumped up our pick up time from Bourbonnais Illinois to O Hare Airport. Joanna emailed us right away regarding our wish to change the pick up time. Dario arrived 15 minutes early and was great with helping load the two car seats, baby, 6 year old and three adults into this three seater SUV. The drive to O'Hare passed many jack knifed trucks, but everyone in Dario's vehicle felt in good, safe hands.
This is the first time I have hired this type of service, and I did my homework reading various companies reviews. Stretch Limousine was A++++ all the way! Awesome communication and Awesome service!!!

Sebastian is the best driver that we've ever had. He is always on time, courteous, helpful and an excellent driver. We have used different transportation services and different drivers but Sebastian is the best driver that we've had over the last 15 years. I highly recommend Sebastian.

We used stretch Limousine recently for a ride to and from Midway airport. Although I thought it was pricey, after calling other services it was in line with all the other ones we called. I guess I still live in the 80"s lol Anyway our driver was Kelly and we had him both the trip to and from the airport. He was a great driver. He was careful, and wasn't afraid to find a way around some annoying traffic conditions. The communication was super easy. He was on time picking us up and We didn't have to wait more than 5 min after the trip for him to get from the "staging" area at midway to where we were. He opened doors and loaded and unloaded our luggage. He was a gentlemen through and through. Good job Stretch Limo and good Job Kelly. If we needed a ride again Im sure we would call them:)

Flying into O'Hare to visit Family near Kankakee. I didn't need to rent a car, but I did need to figure out how to get to my destination. Stretch Limo was the perfect solution! Super easy to book and cost effective. Richard was my driver, he was friendly, on time and the ride was super comfortable. I will definitely book them again and request Richard!

Driver showed up exactly on time. I appreciated the link that showed me his progress and approximate arrival time with his photo, vehicle description. He couldnt have been nicer. Showed me all the comfort features of the vehicle which also happened to be pristine. Turned on some relaxing music and told me to sit back and relax, and thats exactly what I did to the destination. The weather wasnt the best and I could tell he was taking care to make sure I arrived safely and timely. Really appreciated a great start to my vacation. Thank you!

We used this car service to go from southern Wisconsin to Ohare airport and back home. Sebastian was our driver. He was fantastic. Timely, courteous and went out if his way to ensure we were comfortable and got to and from the airport in a safe and timely manner. We will use the service again as they are also very economical in comparison to their competition!

If you want a great experience with car services, I strongly recommend Stretch Limo. They do a great job monitoring your travel timing so they are always waiting at the airport to pick you up with no delays. the cars are spotless and the drivers excellent - a great service and great people.
We were recently coming back to Chicago from Florida and experienced a six hour delay on our flight due to maintenance. The Stretch Limo driver Sebastian was waiting at the airport to pick us up even though it was 2 am. Great job and thank you Sebastian!
