Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I made a reservation online and no where did it say I would be charged an extra 2 hours for being located in The Villages. In fact their website states they serve that area. I called and emailed them multiple times and never got a response back. I called again since my event was now 4 days out and then they tell me about the extra 2 hours. As I was speaking with the manager Michelle, she was very rude and said everyone knows that you would be charged extra for this.

She wasn't listening to my concern just putting the blame back on me. She talked over me and didn't care that my issue wasn't so much the extra charge, it was the misinformation when you book on their website as well as the multiple emails I sent with my pick up address that was never responded to. The extra 2 hours should have been told to me on one of my attempts to confirm my pickup address. When I told her I displeased I was with the lack of communication she just hung up on me! I never yelled or used inappropriate language. She just hung up. Beware before spending your money here on How they treat people!

Took money out of my account and had no limo available I still haven't received my $550 I am now about to sue for more! This is a huge hardship and my account is now negative!

I paid for a service for 4/30/2022, but I never received the service. They called me to let me now that they don't have limo available for me. I called and wrote them several times and I am still waiting for the refund since 4/30/2022.
