Lee communicated with me from the moment i booked my car, to the moment i touched down. He didn't rush me, he was waiting for me at baggage claim with a sign with my name on it. He was respectful and courteous and took my bag the moment that I met him. He whisked me off to a cooled car as requested, with iced refreshments. he was a very safe driver, knew his way around, and delivered me with care to my destination. I'll be sure to use this company in the future!

Recently my family used United Limousine Charlotte when we were in town for a wedding. I was initially impressed with how responsive they were to my online inquiry. Within minutes they called, and our reservation was booked! This was followed by email confirmation, and then a telephone confirmation the day before our reservation.
