I confirmed an airport pickup by phone, twice by email, 2 weeks before and then 2 days before, and even called and left a vm message from JFK on the day saying that the flight would be late getting in. So I sat and waited a few minutes at ABIA baggage claim at 2 in the morning and then called to see if the driver was en route. Someone called Josh couldn't even find the booking, despite my multiple communications with them. No apology for leaving me stranded. Nope, NOT recommended.

I used Clean Air Limo in October for a conference of 50 guests we were hosting in Austin. From initial quote through to the end billing Josue was quick and professional. We had many attendees move flights on the last few days of our conference and Josue was always available to make changes every time, even answering his phone after 10 pm. I would happily recommend Clean Air Limo. I wish they were located in every city. Simply easy to work with!

The entire Clean Air Limo team was very professional, communicative, and accommodating. We had the fortune of touring downtown in one of their stretch limos. Our champagne was nicely chilled and our driver was very friendly. I would use Clean Air Limo again and I recommend them to others now too.

We used Clean Air Limo to take us downtown for dinner. Our driver Pete was on time, professional and courteous. Cadillac Escalade clean and comfortable. Would not hesitate to use them again in the future!
