Betty first used Cynthia's Limo's on 2002 when Cynthia drove my future bride, Betty Olson, and several of her classmates and friends around Austin. Cynthia worked our wedding day at the Oasis and we could not have had a better time. Her services provided round trips to the Austin City Limits Music Fest at Zilker Park for 7 straight years. We cannot find enough praise words for this lovely lady and her great crew. Thanks Cynthia and let us know when you are ready to come by and have a toddy by the pool. Fox Business set up a trip for me for a TV appearance, and I was so impressed with my driver Keith. He was prompt, professional, very kind, and thought of everything - not only did he take care of temperature and offer water, he even brought a rock he gives to his clients to hold should they want something to prevent waving their hands in front of the camera. Great company and a great driver who was safe, prompt and friendly - I highly recommend them.

I rarely review anything on the web, but after our recent experience with Cynthia's Manhattan Limousine, it was very apparent that a review was in order. After calling several limo services in Austin to schedule a day trip to the Texas Hill Country wineries, Cynthia's stood out as far above the rest. Ashley handled our reservation and was fantastic on the phone, offering suggestions for the trip and even offering to help with Selecting our wineries.
A few days later, we received a follow up email with a list of recommended wineries, and the day before the trip Cynthia personally followed up to insure everything was in order. Debbie was our driver and was absolutely fantastic, working with us to amend the schedule for the day, offering suggestions for lunch and even offering to drop off our purchases at the hotel while we enjoyed the evening.
As a business owner, it is so refreshing to work with a company that actually understands what true customer service is and implements it to the level we experienced on Saturday. Thank you for making my wife's birthday a wonderful and memorable day!

My wife and I recently use Cynthia's Limo service for our son's wedding in Austin. From Houston, I checked many limo services online and stumbled onto Cynthia's website. Out of about 8 different companies, only 2 responded, but didn't offer much since it was prom week. Then Cynthia contacted me and offered me an awesome deal since I was on a tight budget and tight on time. They were very courteous, professional and helped with anything we needed, even stopping for a bottle of Champagne on the way to the venue. Cynthia's drivers Carl and Dylan were very polite, considerate and prompt and the limo was not just clean, but luxurious and comfy. I would definitely recommend Cynthia's for any special occasion, corporate event or any family event.
