This bus is absolutely wonderful. It was very clean, and neat. The bus looks luxurious in the inside with cushioned seats. At nighttime there are even led lights (blue). Also, our driver was WONDERFUL! He also gave us free water! You will not regret using this bus service. Shoutout to Izzat! Service: City tours

I hired this company to pick me and my husband up after our wedding. After the wedding, the car was no where to be found. I noticed I had a few missed calls on my phone and called them back. They were saying they were at the provided address and that it was dark. I am not from the town where we had our wedding so I have no clue where they were. We waited for a while and ended up driving ourselves home.
They never even offered a portion of a refund back. Instead, they blamed me for not giving them a back up number, which they never asked for. Also, I checked the contract and I did provide the correct address, and when this address is entered into a gps system, you end up exactly at that specific property. I did it before the wedding. I feel that as "professional drivers" if they are unsure of their destination, maybe they should have scoped out the area ahead of time. They kept my $250 that they charged me for services never rendered and did not even try to make it right.

Critical: Professionalism A company should park passenger vans on it's own lot and not in a residential neighborhood. A van belonging to this company continues to violate parking rules against this type of behavior. If you cannot afford to park transportation vehicles on it's own lot then I recommend against using them.
