What payment terms and cancellation policy do you have?
Buses require $400 non-refundable deposit, limos $300, and SUV/sedans $100. Remaining balances due 14 days before reservation. Cancellations receive credit valid for one year.

Really good experience. Service was excellent the limo was clean and the driving was safe. Much less expensive than other companies in the area.

Wanted something different for my daughter's 10th birthday, was told they had a very cool pink limo. Called to make reservations, not really sure of the destination. All I knew is we were going to get there in a limo. Melissa made booking very easy. She was efficient and informative, she also said if I needed to call back she could give me some great ideas. The day of the party the limo arrived 15 minutes early, and our driver Richard spent that time getting to know the Passengers and the itinerary.
He was very patient as we picked up each guest (and we got a couple addresses wrong) then made our way to our event. He was very patient and made me feel at ease. I felt horrible about the wrong addresses and he told me I didn't need to apologize. Whenever the girls got loud, I tried to quiet them, he said they're having a party. It was a great experience and if I ever need a party bus or limo I'm only coming to Royal coach

I came to Royal on a recommendation from a friend. And I have to say they were quite simply the Best. They were professional, very very reasonably priced, on time.and anything else positive that you would expect from a limo company. And Im not blowing any uneccessary smoke. I love this company and cant say enough good about them. I called around to several limo companies and Royal had the best price.
Their friendliness and their "dont you worry, we'll take care of everything" attitude really made me feel I was in the best of hands. I would recommend Royal to any and everyone. I went to Royal to take my daughter and her friends to their high school senior prom. My daughter and her friends were impressed and had the greatest time. I can't thank Royal enough. If Royal ever does commercials, I'd like to be in it so I can tell everyone how much of a satisfied customer Iam. They re great.
